This is so so so true!! When talking to others, its so easy to just complain & say that this is too hard or this is causing me trouble. We think that we're just chatting, but we're actually causing ourselves harm from the words that we say. This is a wonderful message. I love all of your videos :)

GB - Your messages ALWAYS find me at the right time. I've been contemplating a shift for the energy of my blog to a more positive (less catty) tone. I realize that this starts with me and the story that I choose to tell. I think this topic has a lot of depth and could be not only an amazing book but an absolute game-changer because words are the vehicle of our thoughts which become our actions. Great timing Gabby.. I'm reading some material by Tony Robbins right now about Transformational Vocabulary and I'm being mindful of the words I'm using to describe my emotions. Also - I recently moved in a 'challenging' real-estate city (Toronto). I used your guidance throughout the whole thing, giving up control to the universe and having faith that we would be led to the right dwelling and I'm now incredibly happy in my new place! So thank you for that :)

Realtors also like to put across that whole mindset of "you can't have everything on your checklist, you have to lower your expectations". Never buy into that limited thinking!! You CAN manifest the perfect home for yourself, that has even MORE than you ever dreamed, because Spirit knows even better than you, what you want. Yeehahh!

Gabrielle! You are such an inspiration to me! I've watched so many of your videos and have really given them thought and it has really elevated my energy. The things you talk about should definitaly be taught to kids in school as well, these are tricks that would be helpful for every single person on the planet i think. i completely agree and have been working on the language I use. I think you maybe familiar with Liz Donahue i have been speaking with her and mention how i noticed myself in conversation telling a "story" that was no longer aligned with my thinking. she noted hope just simply noticing this was a step in the right direction to change my words.

I've been really struggling with the revision of one of my novels, and I've been talking about that a lot, but I'm starting to think I need to be more open for it to work and flow better. I do know it's possible, because my other novel is flowing extremely well! But I think I've gotten stuck in the story of "this one flows well, this one doesn't". The results for both novels have been great so far, it's just how I feel about one of them that has me stuck. Maybe trying to reframe what I think and say about it will help.

I lose a lot of respect for anyone who uses the f word in public speeches. A lot of people are not going to agree with the freely tossed curse word. Just because you CAN say it, doesn't mean you don't "PERMANENTLY" lose a lot of respect in the process by a growing number of people like me...Use it in you're private life all you want, but not in a public arena. You give up so much by lowering you're standards by using those words. You should be lifting people up with you're words not bringing them down to the lowest form of conversation.

I do agree with you. I use the F word from time to time and I get mixed reviews about it. For the past year I've been trying to tone it down. I do believe the F word has a pretty negative vibe. Though at times it has been very helpful to emphasize the point. I appreciate your opinion.

Don't even use it in private. It's all about consciousness. I have done it and even in private it carries over into public discourse because it becomes engrained.

When you can walk outside any day of the week and thousands of angels come to you, then I will listen to you...Until then, maybe you should listen to someone who is in the presence of angels every day. It is wrong on so many levels to use that language when you are supposedly a person who is trying to project an image of success. I see right through people like that and it shows how NOT together that person is on many levels. You can learn so much from people even when they make mistakes. It takes no courage to use the F word, it takes courage to NOT use it. It takes courage to say you know what, I'm not gonna be like all those other people, I am going to demand more from myself because I want to lift people up with my words, not bring people down with words that have a very NEGATIVE meaning attached to them. Words have the power to heal or the power to destroy. One word can destroy your image in a heart beat, why take that risk. Use words that lift people up if that is the business you are in.

***** Are you fucking KIDDING me?! Words are vibrations, hence the reason mantras are even uttered. If you think for one moment I buy the argument that "3D consciousness" means saying 'muthaphuckin this and that' is appropriate and acceptable for civilized society, you are living somewhere in a gated community and don't see this in action. It's atrocious and very disrespectful to others. That is sorely lacking these days. You are using spirituality to be self-absorbed and not conscious of your environment. Not having it.
