They're only selling a couple of the Class B models in the US, not this model (at least currently)

What does fully winterized mean?

it means the water tanks for the water etc wont freeze in winter and its well insulated so you can use it all year round

It means you can use it in winter and it will not freeze up and you will be nice and warm.
