If you didn't unlock the SAL 6830, use the SAL 6330. In the video I said 5830, which doesn't exist. The SAL 6830 is unlocked after the 6th main quest, "All That Money Can Buy". You need to choose the Diplomatic path (Have Slayton agree to work with Walter [First option on all dialogs]) Additionally, Please use the SF40 Sheared flow reactor, because I did not realize that the Pinch 8z is not an option at the outpost. You can install an SF40, then go to any major star yard to swap out for the Pinch 8z if you wish to. I do apologize for the oversight.
