Tottenham are a better team without kane because they have to be. Previously they found kane and played off him now they jave to work harder as a unit to get the same results. In all fairness its a compliment to how important Kane was. I dont think they have enough to win the league but stranger things have happened.

With regards to Bellingham - to some English PL fans this may not mean much, but as a Rangers fan, although our league is obviously nowhere near as strong, we do, however, play a lot of European teams over the years and see great teams and great players now and again. Every so often there is a player we play against in Europe that just stands out as being extra special. I’m nearly 40 and there are probably 6 of these performances in my lifetime. Ones that rangers fans always remember and mention. In their pomp there was 3 - Prosinecki, Riquelme and Mendieta. There were 3 players who were young but still stood out - Del Piero (Juve, 1995), Benzema (Lyon, 2007) and finally, Bellingham for Dortmund 2 years ago and he was only 18. There was just something special about him - they way he moved, his technical ability, ability to find space. And probably his mindset. I remember at one point Hummels gave him a pass and he went absolutely mental,at him saying it was shit and behind him and should be better. Hummels looked pretty sheepish. Now, consider Hummels was a 32 year old who’s won the lot, including a World Cup, and Bellingham was an 18 year old, it said a lot. Before anyone fires in and says that’s probably the only good players we’ve seen - an example of players we have played against, but for some reason or another did not stand out like those 6 did - Messi, Henry, Xavi, Iniesta, Figo, Ronaldinho, Van Nistelrooy, Keane, Giggs and many many more. We know a player when we see one, and Bellingham at 18 was unreal. He will be best player in the world.

The one thing I don’t miss about Kane was the constant talk of is he staying or is he leaving, it became unsettling on everyone

Tottenham should have won 4-1against Luton. Please send Richarlison out on loan in January - permanently if possible. Tottenham should now start contacting Osimhen for a possible move (I have a strong feeling Arteta, Pep, ten Haag, and Klopp are already doing so). Nevertheless, this is definitely the most informative and enjoyable football podcast on KZfaq. Gary's anecdotes are just epic. Micah's laugh has no equal - and he seems to be a very modest person. I think Tottenham should finish in the top 4 behind City, Arsenal, and Liverpool. COYS!

Agreed about Spurs and title hopes. If we get either of the two CB's injured we are screwed. Maddison is the best but also the last of our fit CAM's so losing him would be brutal, Solomon and Jonhson already injured joining Gil leaving us with Sonny, Richy, Kulu and Veliz up top to fill 3 spaces every week. If Bissouma got injured Hojbjerg is not exactly like for like and is more than capable but would need time to get into form etc. Would be devastating even just to the season let alone title hopes for an injury in any of those positions.

Mica Richards is perhaps talked down a little too much, no matter how good humoured he is about it, even in a jokey way. He commands respect; his analysis is insightful and fully skilled. A proper football man, even amongst these giants.

Tbf spurs aren't spending as much in the summer if they don't sell Kane. If you add kane to this team instead of Richarlison they have a real good chance but they wouldn't have spent so much for Madison or van de ven if Kane signed a new deal

Micah massively brushed over the injury crisis at United. "Yeah ok they have 3 left backs injured". We had 15 players out at the same time at one point this season. Currently we have Shaw, Malacia, Reguilon, Martinez, Varane, Wan-Bissaka, Mainoo, Sancho, Amad unavailable. We have played most of this season without Hojlund, Amrabat, Mount, Antony. And even Maguire has missed 3 games or so. It's been one of the worst injury crisis of any premier league team of the last few years, worse than what Liverpool experienced a few seasons ago.

We're not better because Kane has gone. We're just better since he's gone. Huge difference. The difference being, if he hadn't gone, we'd still be much better. Probably even better than we are right now. For one, we'd likely have been 3 or 4 up against Luton and coasting by the time Bissouma lost his marbles
