After a rare, cancerous brain tumour made him reassess his life, Premiership footballer Dominic Matteo decided to go in search of his birth mother. Given up for adoption as a baby, Dominic didn’t know if his real mother was even alive, let alone wanting to be contacted. But this story has a happy ending - not only has Dominic been given the all clear, he’s also been reunited with his Mother, who had no choice but to give him away. They join us to share the moment they were finally reunited.
