This laws for preventing corruption are completely useless in today times, Even if file complaint no response from the Agency, only for Namesake these laws are introduced in our country

In section 8 of this act you said in Proviso that this Section is also applicable on those persons as well who has been compelled to give such undue advantage while it says "NOT". You must have skipped the not. Just pointing it out if I am correct. Otherwise the video is very Helpful😇
