Every day on the last Monday in May, we celebrate Memorial Day.
It's a day set aside to honor the lives of the men and women who died protecting and preserving the many freedoms we enjoy in the US. So, may we remember those who gave their lives so that we could live.
On the Sunday before, let us call to mind another one who gave His life so that we could live, Jesus. It's an opportunity to remember what Jesus did to purchase our freedom.
