All sessions are like that. It's just part of playing with different folks who have different strokes..(and varying ideas about the importance of tuning..)

This is so wonderful! I’m glad to have discovered this tune’s name as I know it from Steeleye Span’s ‘Four Nights Drunk’ song, in which I think they repurposed this melody for the lyrics. Beautiful playing and recording! 😊🎶 (and.. subscribed! 😃)

Beautiful! But I know it as an Irish ditty titled "Seven Drunken Nights". The words are about the unlikely and scandalous things a man finds when he comes home drunk. 😊 I wonder which name and version came first?
