Beautiful heart touching stories. The Prince and the Pauper moral of the story is that, you can be born anything but who you will become when you grow up,is a choice you can make. Wisdom and knowledge are the real valuable things. It's better to be a pauper than a dishonest rich man. ... The Happy Prince is a beautiful heart touching story telling us that the best things are not gold and jewels,but a beautiful caring heart that cares for others,and a beautiful person is one who does good deeds. The bird and Prince represent two very good people. Also,good deeds are rewarded. God will reward us for our good deeds always.

They should make a Disney movie about the Prince and the Pauper geared for young boys and teaching them the importance of honesty, generosity, and empathy. We've had so much action, fantasy movies for kids but not so much like this. It's an amazing story of goodwill.

Taha Farooqi yes it was, but you do realize that they didn’t make the story right? They just pretty much shortened it and summarized it. The actual author is Mark Twain, and anyone who makes the boys hair blonde or yellow it’s fake, want to know why? Because I have a book from Mark Twain and the cover picture both boys have brown hair.

One day god found his two servants , god asked why you are looked unhappy ? They answered, because we have nothing to do . Than god says fly down in earth and get him two best things of the city . They found golden statues the happy prince . There were a diamonds on his body . Winter came and a bird looking for a shatter for the night . A bird found a happy prince . And the bird stayed here , between its too legs . Soon after , a drop of water fell an the bird. Looked at the statue the statue was crying . the prince tells how he lived in the palace . the prince asked the bird to help the poor people and gave the jewels the prince was left without eyes but the bird did not fly away, but stayed with the prince and told him stories. again the prince asked for help and told the bird to distribute gold to poor people . winter came and the bird died . in the morning the prince found out about this and something in him collapsed . It was metal heart . the servants brought a heart and a bird . god liked it and the prince and the bird lived happily ever after in paradise

The Happy Prince story is totally inspiring. They say you get rewarded for being generous. This is a very good story to remind children that it is not nice to be stingy.
