The joke is that he's small but also it's equally insignificant as 15 pounds. Most people will gain 15 pounds at some point in their life and it's not a big deal and 0.25 is likewise nothing.

Beatiful set design and vardrobe...great lighting, edit, director of photography...script writing, and character creation...acting is really nice here also (unlike some of SNL sketches that are barely even attempted to be acted)
