My name is Dr. Robert Puff and you're listening to the Happiness Podcast.
➡️ Today is a topic that might be on your mind lately. Imperfections! There isn't a person alive that hasn't contemplated their own physical or mental imperfections.
This is perfectly natural, and yet these contemplations cause a great deal of distress to people who take it too far.
Are you gaining weight? Are you noticing wrinkles? There are dozens more examples that i could list.
➡️ It doesn't matter what it is, you cannot let it negatively affect your life. Today we're talking about "Wabi-Sabi," a Japanese concept of embracing imperfections.
We learn to interpret the imperfect qualities of both others and ourselves through the eyes of beauty. Beauty can be flawed, yet still cherished.
