The Canon MF3010 printer does not copy the end. The entire page cannot be copied. There is a problem with the LETTER A4 paper size.
While copying on the Canon MF3010 printer, it was noticed that after copying, the Canon MF3010 printer does not print the page completely. After inspection, it turned out that the scanner did not reach the end of its path and stopped at a distance of 2 cm from the edge. For this reason, the printer copied pages with a 2cm edge at the end of the sheet.
The reason was related to the paper size, since the A4 paper size is 210×297 mm and the Letter or ANSI Letter paper size is 215.9×279.4 mm. The difference in the length of A4 and Letter paper is approximately 17.6mm or approximately 2 cm. From this, it can be assumed that the printer region is set to a country where Letter paper is used and not A4 paper.
To check or change the region of the Canon MF3010 printer, we will use the Canon MF3010 Service Control Tools program. But before using the program, you need to switch the Canon MF3010 printer to "Service Mode" mode.
How to switch the Canon MF3010 printer to "Service Mode" mode.
1. Press the "Menu" button (head)

Button 4. The "Settings" Button (Dark Light)
5. Press the "Menu"
button, After which the inscription " +S" appears on the screen, which means that the printer is in "Service Mode" mode.
In the "TYPE" section of the Canon MF3010 Service Control Tools program, you can find out the installed printer region or which country it is intended for.
In our case, the printer region "AMERICA" was set, for this reason the printer used the "Letter" paper format, which is 2cm shorter than "A4".
After selecting the "EUROPE" region, the printer began to copy the pages completely, since it already used the A4 paper format.

Во время копирования на принтере Canon MF3010 было замечено, что после копирования принтер Canon MF3010 печатает страницу не полностью. После осмотра оказалось, что сканер не доходит до конца своего пути и остановился на расстояние от края 2см. По этому причине принтер копировал страницы с обрезом 2см в конце листа.
Причина была связана с форматом бумаги, поскольку размер бумаги A4 210×297 мм а размер бумаги Letter или ANSI Letter 215,9×279,4 мм. Разница по длине бумаги A4 и Letter приблизительно 17,6мм или приблизительно 2 см. Из этого можно предполагать, что регион принтера установлена на такую страну, где использовать бумагу Letter а не бумагу A4.
Чтобы проверить или изменить регион принтера Canon MF3010 будем использованием программу "Canon MF3010 Service Control Tools". Но перед использование программы нужно переключить принтер Canon MF3010 на "Service Mode" режим.
Как переключить принтер Canon MF3010 на "Service Mode" режим.
1. Нажимаем кнопку "Меню" (голова)
2. Кнопку "-"
3. Кнопку "+"
4. Кнопку "Настройки" (Темно Светло)
5. Кнопку "Меню"
После чего на экране появляется надпись " +S ", который означает, что принтер находится на "Service Mode" режиме.
В разделе "TYPE" в программе "Canon MF3010 Service Control Tools" можно узнать установленное регион принтера или для какой страны он предназначено.
В нашем случае было установлена регион принтера "AMERICA", по этому причине принтер использовал формат бумаги "Letter" который 2см короче чем "A4".
После выбора региона "EUROPE" принтер начинал копировать страницы полностью, поскольку уже использовал формат бумаги "A4".
