If I had money to buy either a mansion in LA or a ranch like this, its a no brainer. This anyday. With half or even a fraction of the price of those silly mansions, I get this. Land, peace, beautiful house with excellent furnitures and a lot of money left to buy cars, invest more and better it.

I love this, although I may add a helicopter pad on specific locations around the property... So it is easier to maintain and survey the property on a regular basis.
