Mark douglas, the author of Trading in the Zone makes me understand this concept a year ago and it actually works for anyone who grasps that and who doesn't is trapped into the cycle of doom

You can do whatever you want, whatever strategy you want, if you don't have your discipline to follow what you have back tested, only thing u can do is to turn your computer off and go to work to McDonald's.

this is why I trade with a diverse protfolio of trades across the range of trades simultaneously... so that when I look at it, I dont look at any single trade as being significant.. and this allows me to ride some pretty huge moves against me in the short term/medium term on specific pairs; if I only placed one or a couple, then I would be too invested pschologically in those trades because they would have too large an impact on my account... thus I would find that painful and end up making bad choices. So, I always try to trade to keep my mind in the green as well as my account. It works for me... and its also the reason I stay well away from short-term/medium activity trading... always preferring to mitigate those moves via hedging stratgies (normally indirectly)... because in my trading experience, that market activity might look enticing (as it moves faster)... but its just so open to random moves against you that can blow the whole strategy... Just my experience.

Hi Andro.. Big fan of your content! I've been mea ING to ask you this.. I want to log into my trading account (via MT5) using multiple devices. I mean to have a device to refer to for price action mixed with candle stick pattern. And another device for various indicator-based technical analysis. But I ant those two devices to be logged on the same account, so I am basically looking at the same market from two different angles simultaneously. Would u please help?
