I have to hard disagree with you on this, I've played a catgirl most of my time and I hated using headpieces because they adapted to the cat ears and looked extremely silly, I wish we had the option to have the normal headpieces ignoring the ears, this way I could use the Drg helms with my bunny boy

Besdies the ears are attached to the hair anyways I'm sure they wouldn't do that. Maybe one day they will give then more, as they said they want to do 10 more years of this game anything could happen.

if you played final fantasy 10 you know what to expect pretty much already. If they take a wild departure from the original ronso designs I would seriously be like ok what the heck. But at least so far male hrothgars arent really that wildly different so its hard to imagine the females will be either. Unlike viera, they actually have real npcs from older games to go off of, and are not creating a gender of a race that was shrouded in complete mystery and never been seen before in series history like male viera is in this game for the first time.

@@meitomiyazaki9848 Ah yeah that's a good point, I played 10 so long ago I barely remembered the Ronso at all tbh. And there's cave art in Bozja's storyline with them, and I think they're about in line with FF10's ronso. but if they're gonna delete the ears with hairstyles then I doubt I'll even bother with an alt or retainer to play around with. Maybe 7.0 and lady hrothgar will help them change things and they'll fix this, but that's another 2 years of hrothgar players dealing with this nonsense

@@SorasShadow1 I like hrothgars as like npcs and i liked the ronso in 10 but I could never see myself playing as one so I can only really feel bad for the people that do play them but im a male viera and we have the same no hats lack of hairstyles shenanigans also going on over here so at the same time i can sort of empathize with that particular aspect of it all.

@@meitomiyazaki9848 my main is a viera and i love her to bits but I absolutely feel the pain in terms of hairstyle and hats, Hrothgar just have it worse. I need Gyr Abanian Plait on my girl so bad, it'd be so good!! Did they say anything about the fantasia issue in the LL? More specifically, do hrothgar players still need a whole $10 fantasia to change into these ear-deleting hairstyles? Still mad 90 RDM AF hat doesn't work on viera but RPR 90 AF hat *does* even if it clips weird with my ears.

@@SorasShadow1 I don't think they commented on the fantasia issue, then again it could have just been because the language barrier that I didn't realize they mentioned anything. I'm sort of guessing that you don't have to because similarly recently they added back several hairstyles to viera but viera never had that issue to begin with so ehhhhh. Maybe it hopefully wont.

They put it down to the final 2 designs and have to decide between them (but that was in the January live letter I believe). So they might have decided on the design and are making some concept art for them.

@@ac04project Not what I wanted. Honestly most of the new hairstyles look terrible. They’re trying too hard to make them work for everyone but in the end they work for no one.
