i agree. i lost interest in the t20 world cup when there were two t20 world cups in one year...that was in 2022. that was one i started to focus on the longer format of the game and get invested with the skill required. it feels like it has no significance because the teams for the ODI world cups work 4 years to prepare for that world cup. the 2019 world cup was an amazing example of all the teams playing their level best of ODI cricket. i honestly think they shld scrap the t20 world cups for it's worth...it has no relevant history and just stick to franchises for t20s. in that way t20s can be played on the side while ODIs and Test can be seen as the real game where skills are tested.

T20 is the future of cricket and provides stability so it should replace odi wc in long term and played every 4 yeara

IPL is not my cup of tea even though I am Indian. Neither any league t20 interest me. So t20 WC will do it just fine.

@@DayOneCricket ok, if you see the most popular sports in the world such as Football, field hockey, basketball etc these are only played in one format unlike cricket!

change the name to something like the champions trophy and play it every year. there should only be one world cup.

the reason ud want to watch ipl is because ur an indian cricket lover not 'cricket lover'. Also each year needs a championship or some tournament that is international for e.g. next year we have ct and after that t20wc and after that odi wc

Odi world cup is the actual "World Cup" with any team winning become Champions for 4 years.

Champions trophy should be removed entirely , one day should be of 40 overs and t20 wc should be t20 championship or something
