That lady‘s nail polish is definitely inspired by the lures. I wonder if she can catch fish with her bare hands 😄. Joke aside, i didn‘t expect so much work behind the production of fishing lures. The amount of hand work and steps is impressive 👍. From now on I‘ll treat my lures with much more respect and won‘t just toss them into the box.

Centrifugal casting is used in jewelry making for solid castings w.o voids. Very cool and involved process in making the mold/castings. Definitely a step above hand pouring. ❤❤

As a retired printer that worked in a custom shop, I was amazed at some of the similarities they used to make a Jig. I had no idea they foil-stamped the detail on them. Wish I spoke Japanese, there are so many parts to the manufacturing of these jigs I see jobs even an old retired craftsman can do!!

Anything with a holographic pattern has to be stamped on from a foil film, I wish you could just spray it on. Even in hobby bait making you got to either buy blanks pre-foiled or apply the foils yourself. The process behind how holographic are created though is a interesting subject on its own.

You people in Japan absolutely kill it! I very much admire your hand crafted goods of all kinds but especially the fishing lures! After the second world war,you guys took the time honored craftsmanship that you've always been known for and focused it on bringing me my favorite lures that catch all the beautiful bass that I've caught over my life. I love Japan's craftsmanship!

自作でウッドルアー作ってるけど職人さんはブレが無いな♪ ウレタンとかガンじゃ吹けないと思ってたけど、工程毎にガン変えてるんですね😊 ネイルがーとか皆んな見るのそこじゃないwと思ってたけど、確かに目奪われるわ♪

年季の入った職人のお婆ちゃんが1つ1つ丁寧にアイを貼っているネイルがオシャレと実用性を兼ねている 一見邪魔そうだと思った爪の先を使うのがミソなんだとただの見せかけじゃないんだという所が良かった ピンセットで貼る位置に置き爪で抑え指の腹でしっかりと貼る一連の動作に必要不可欠だった
