Ils produisent à mon avis pour le marché local, pas pour l'export. Personnellement, je vois un énorme potentiel dans ce pays (Pakistan je crois). Arriver à fabriquer des moteurs électriques qui marchent avec des moyens rudimentaires. Imaginez un peu ce qu'ils peuvent faire avec des bonnes formations, des bons dirigeants ou managers, des investissements dans l'industrie...

This is trash. No one has heard about safety precautions at the factory. The employee simply does not care about his health. Everyone is too lazy to improve anything. With a little desire, production can be made much more comfortable and efficient without large investments.

Dunno about lazy, the problem in these places is often greedy owners and expendable workers. But it puzzles me that noone values their lungs enough to wear some sort of respirator. I'm poor, but I invest in it because it may keep me going longer.
