Fascinating process. As someone that has repaired many pallet jacks I can say the biggest problem is the almost complete lack of lubrication on all the moving pins and joints. It leads to premature wear, noise and sloppiness throughout the whole jack. When I repair them I refurbish the pins or joints and all those pivot points receive a touch of grease. They then go back out nice and smooth and quiet just like new and last for many more years. Grease or oil the pivot points and they almost never wear out. 👍👍

I worked in retail for many years and used a pallet jack (hand pallet truck) almost every day. But, when the pallet was moved to its location, I would ride the jack back to the warehouse, like a big scooter. Oh, this video brings back good memories of that job.

Dont forget they had no brakes, so I used to slow them by quickly twisting the handle so the front wheel acted like a brake. Great fun as u skidded to a halt. Happy days. I used them again around 2010+. Still had the skills to handle them. Some things u don't forget! Great to see them being made...

Always impressed with the quality, detail oriented, and safety focused environment. Then again, in Japan, quality always comes first before anything else. You'll pay more but chances are, they'll last a long time.

They’re high quality pallet movers. Used bishamon at this warehouse I used to work at in my 20’s. They were so smooth compared to other brands I’ve seen before.

This is a very handy and versatile tool for warehouse use! in domestic use it may not make sense to use it. In production for moving pallets it is ideal

You'd be surprised how much a pallet jack/truck is useful in a home or garage shop. Coupled with creative use of a toe bottle jack you can move almost anything around in flat, level surfaces. Especially if one does not have the means of the space for cranes or hoists.

Todas estas fabricas que acen piezas se enlazan ha unas que acen los ensambles Se crea una gran reunion de empresarios se exponen piezas necesarias en una pantalla grande y ellos dicen que pieza pueden fabricar con su fabrica sin modificar mucho la fabrica o el minimo ..!! Es similar a las subastas de pescado antiguas !!! Cuando el Empresario ve las piezas que se puede acer con su equipo aprieta un botos y se le adjudican ...!! Es una reunión que se encuentran todos los de cada sector .... Electrónico , metalico , fundicion , torneria , robotica

I LOVE manual pallet jacks!!!! Broke my foot w/ electric one, then had to use a manual for a year until I got my "license" back for everything. Unloaded semis with the manual. When it disappeared during a remodel, it came back with the piston destroyed. My boss let me slip out the backdoor and take the Copperhead/Worth sticked off, and I went to the tattoo parlor the next day....still got the sticker, and still curse the S.O.B. who broke my jack!!!! (10+ years ago...and their descendants unto the 7th generation!!!!!)

I use Bishamon products every day as a welder and mould maker. In particular, their power-hydraulic lift table (MobiLift BX-80B) is fantastic. Sadly, not all our material handling machines are made by Bishamon. Let's just say, some of their competitors are simply not up to the task.

Tiene un orden ... Por ejemplo yanmar aprovecha su parte inferior de mini excavadora para crear robot de carga con cadena de goma provisional para transporte cuando todavía no hay rodillo ... Cuando ta hay rodilla de oe quita las cadenas de goma y se le coloca lo necesario para rodillos y las cadenas se usan en otra aplicacion
