Wow, huge difference from the sterile conditions in the cake factory which I was admiring and the bakery that made cakes where the woman mixed the batter with her WHOLE ARM in the batter stirring!!

I'm not too sure I like the idea of someone mixing flour into batter with their bare hand and arm up to their elbow... no gloves no protection. I don't particularly like leaves left on strawberries either. Someone pulled some of them.... just not all.

It is so clean compared to any factory in the decaying United States. The employees don't look angry or thugish either. So wonderful to see that decent countries still exist.
