Hi Donna Yes wall waterproofing is different to the floor waterproofing. Wall waterproofing is water based. Floor waterproofing is oil based.

Nice video. Hi bro, how to lay tiles on concrete floor. There is a expansion joint between. So should I put tile underlay first. Or tile on concrete and silicone the joints? Thanks bro

We try to reach everyone as soon as we can but unfortunately its very hard to respond to all the people comments but we try our best. So to answer your question. First you need to level the concrete floor if its not level or flat. 2 you dont need underlay. Expension joint need to be cutt through if the area is over 8 sqm. Yes after tiling caulk the joint. You shouldn't waterproof all the way up to the valves and close them off, if there's ever a leak in the future and a plumber or a tile guy comes in there not going to be able to see if the valve or the shower head is leaking, I see people doing this all the time, waterproofing too much, all the magic happens at the bottom of the shower
