Regular peppermint oil from anywhere works. I use it all the time

Agreed @Kitchguy though I do have to say that there are a lot of different peppermint oils out there that are distilled and stored in different fashions that can weaken or strengthen the potency of the oil, just something to think about.

What is a carrier oil? I used Essential Oil Peppermint straight on my shoulders for pain, but learned the hard way not to get it on my head or anywhere near my eyes. OIY that smarts! I need to treat my RV. May use yours for shoulder pain too.

Hey @Brad Taylor learning the hard way about peppermint oil is rough, sorry you had to go through that! A carrier oil is an oil that mixing with and oil like peppermint in order to make it not have the burning effect. So for instance we mix Fractionated coconut oil with our peppermint oil in order to create a roll-on you can rub on your skin to help with joint and muscle pain, you can check it out here - grandpasgoodearth.com/shop/peppermint-essential-oil-roll-on/. You could also use a shea butter by putting it on your hand then putting a couple of drops on the shea butter and mixing it all together. We do also offer the 4oz bottles on the Grandpa'sgoodearth.com for treating your RV. Let me know if you have any questions about that as we have a few posts where we tested it and go into detail about how we used it. Anyway, I hope this helps :)

Put the peppermint oil on your temples for your headaches. Works. Carrier oil if you need it, of course.

I use it to go to sleep. Put it on a cotton ball next to my Cpap filter. Sleep like a baby.

I have cats so mice usually don't try to co exist with them. But every once in a while there's that crazy suicidal mouse you need to break out the p-mint oil for

hahaha I completely agree @oldladytoofast we have to cats, but I think they'd rather watch a mouse run around than do anything about it haha :)
