The corporate world has a toxic component to it just generally speaking - every office I’ve worked in especially the one I’m in now is very toxic - everyone talks about each other behind their backs everyone thinks they’re perfect and will rudely downtalk the other all while smiling in their faces and pretending to be that persons friend - it has taken its toll on me - I thought I could ignore it and just make the money but now I absolutely despise it😢

I can relate. I work around people with the worst attitudes and are always speaking negatively of others. It is disheartening. Don’t let it break you… treat it as an opportunity to make you stronger.

I think Dr Lee is very skillfully getting me to look inwards and find the reasons for such behavior. This is awesome and probably the only aspect we can make a difference.

I think that to put a word on this kind of situation, with all the characteristics as very well explained by Dr. Lee, is already a relief. Thank a lot for this very acute understanding with perfect objectivity.

Fantastic, thank you so much for this! An idea for a future video (he said ironically ) would be how to manage staff with narcissistic personality. I'm finding this very... challenging.

What is it called when the coworker says a verbal sleight towards me like "well if [my name] would do his job then this wouldn't keep happening?" in front of me? I always thought this was considered passive agressive but according to what you are saying it's more gossip type stuff to avoid the convo, whereas this example opens up the opportunity for a potential convo, albeit in a rude way.

what happen happens if the support that will be given is the opposite of the goal ( ex. proper documentation for sales order using a system or manual hand writen sales order )

Thank you Dr ! I find it helpful. Though I become agressive and straight forward when I find managers unable to submit their report on time, they submit their mistakes. Is such behaivar is toxic to workplace while wrongdoings are corrected immediately?
