With the intense electoral cycle of this first half of the year over, there has been an evident shift in the expectations of the PSOE leadership regarding the possibility of reaching an imminent agreement with the Popular Party to renew, after five and a half years of blocking, the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ). If just a week ago the socialists ruled out that Alberto Núñez Feijóo, this time, could resist the internal pressures to unblock this negotiation, despite the public messages in this sense from the leader of the PP - "let's try it" -, this week it starts in Ferraz with the “optimistic” perspective that both parties will be able to seal an agreement in “a few days.”
