Insider trading is the biggest example of a market failure which should be severely penalised one option could be stop this prospective sale and heavy fine, but unfortunately legal discourse is not viable since laws and regulations are flawed and also shareholders are unaware of how these mechanisms operate.

Majority shares buy kernay hotay hain, malik bannay ky lye. You have to become the largest shareholder with more shares of that company than anyone else.
