I got this album when I was a teenager and I listen to it still . I'm 58 now.

This is one of the best songs ever written, takes me on an amazing journey, and Richard's voice ... blows me away every time.

Pure genius! At 4.0... Holy shit!! Never fails to send shivers after 40 odd years.

This tune is absolutely brilliant... Richard Butler was a painter before he was a lyricist, and these lyrics form a painting on canvas.

I picked up this LP second hand at Paddington Markets in Sydney Australia in 1981 when I was 20. Still love it to death.

Strangely, I can swear that even though I had the British version of this LP (no "Susan's Strange" or "Soap Commercial"), this song was not on it. It may just be that 1981 (when I got this) was a _long_ time ago.
