Sir- is this cat still valid law for Islamabad /Rawalpindi regions- Punjab Partition of Immovable Property Act 2012. and can one file an interim application for mense profit?

reading between lines is not permissed when the text is clear. the most simple meaning of the title as judge said is entilement to possess a property. even in yhis simplest sernse title includes:1. entitlement to hold property under private settlement being honoured from years. 2. entilement to hold the propert in lieu of another joint property inter se parties which is possessed by the plaintiff of instant suit to the exlusion other sharers but not included. etc there can be inbalance of convenience in attending circumstances. partition is not simple as the speakler stresses.
