@@tommccarthy8498 Well if they were not taxed, they would probably make more money, add it to savings, go to higher education, etc. If anything, they will become successful that the state will have to acknowledge them for making such a huge leap financially, giving filthy Republicans an ultimatum: Allow a population to accel but disenfranchise them OR have them vote in order to tax them. Either way, I am with you about it still not being worth losing the right to vote. This is something that should have been resolved during the Civil Rights movement...

Just take comfort in the fact that once America reduces itself to a heap of smoldering rubble, vast natural resource supplies around the world will be available for exploitation by the people who actually live there, rather than to be sent to the US for increasingly worthless pieces of paper (actually, electronic promises of worthless pieces of paper in the future). Imagine how much more rewarding it will be to work 8 hours a day for people you can actually see benefiting from it, rather than the 7 hours you probably currently work for my benefit and maybe an hour for yourself.

Stacey Abrams, who lost to Republican Dirty Tricks used by Kemp in Georgia, did a marvelous job at changing this landscape. She founded The New Georgia Project and registered 500,000 new voters. Presumably she and other volunteers helped purged voters get back on the Voter Rolls as well. I applaud her dedication, integrity, and resilience in not letting the injustice derail her. She did a marvelous job!!!

Hats off to Christine Jordan for her strong determination to not let voter purge deter her to vote. "I WILL VOTE" are strong words indeed. MLK must be proud of her! VOTE BLUE! In California we can register to vote online. And check our registration. Maybe with this happening, we should all check our registration and reregister if we find our names were removed. Please everyone do this routinely. Our votes matter. We will not tolerate voter suppression of our citizens. Those removing names should be prosecuted for tampering with the election process.

Doesn’t matter they will just draw the voting area a bit different and your vote still doesn’t matter.... the voting system in the us is inherently flawed. The political system in the us is also inherently flawed by the fact that it is ruled by an oligarchy or friends of oligarchs ....and it a stroke of luck when you get someone that isn’t already corrupted by self only interest.

Is it the same thing in Philly I'm 43 and work on the poles with my mother at least 50 people weren't on the list for the last 2 years. My grandmother who is deceased now was purged from the voting roll for 8 years, from 1985 to 1992 she had to go to court and everything to get it fixed. Remind you she had lived in that house since 1965 and never missed a vote.
