We can begin with what a twin flame is? A twin flame is someone who shares the identical soul core frequency as you. This core frequency comes from the Oversoul which is the expression of a person’s energy field that is directly above the Higher Self. Much of the guidance we receive in this lifetime comes from the level of the Oversoul. The Oversoul divides itself into multiple pairs of souls which form a Soul cluster, or what one would call their Soul family. It does this so that it can immerse itself in a wealth of perspectives and a diversity of experiences.
So these pairs of souls all share the same Oversoul, and have very similar energetic signatures, but twin flames have the same energetic signature within the soul cluster of that Oversoul. And there’s your history lesson for today.
However, the common way this concept gets portrayed is that twin flames are two halves that are meant to make up a whole, like cosmic puzzle pieces completing an image that is implicitly unfinished.
This can lead one to believe there is something innately incomplete within themselves that can only be rectified through the other. Even if this isn’t exactly the sentiment, this is what can draw a person to the twin flame paradigm. The prospect of union with the other half of their soul.
But the true purpose of Twin flames, or divine counterpart relationships, for those that believe they have one, does not come from a place of deficiency at all, it comes from a place of surplus. An Oversoul so vast, so rich in its development, a totality so whole and complete in and of itself that it only divides itself in order to be of more service to its own essence and to the universe at large.
So for those who feel they have a twin flame, the purpose of that connection is Ascension based and twofold: To help raise the collective consciousness of the planet through ones unique service to humanity and to break lifetimes of one’s karmic cycles in their own personal healing journey.

The topic of twin flames has become a somewhat controversial subject in the field of spirituality. The main issue being that Twin flames has become an industry that can teeter on the verge of toxic.
And yet there is undeniably a large percentage of the spiritual community going through intense and profound experiences that they can only classify as being a twin flame connection. It is by far the most asked question I receive in my Instagram stories and clearly a topic that many need guidance navigating. So with the purpose of helping to better understand this subject, I will be going over the real purpose of a twin flame connection, as well as the difference between a twin flame, a soulmate and a karmic partner.

If your twin ghosts you along the way then this withdrawal from the greatest love and connection you will ever feel is horrendous. That is the pain. The purging that follows is the hardest spiritual thing you can do as you tear your old ego apart and rebuild yourself as a much better version of yourself with a highly increased wholistic way of thinking. Agreed! Another wording might be: Union is the Divine Connection pre-birth. Assention comes when in the earthly plane, as each one becomes the Trusted Unconditional Nurturing Love that will not judge, condemn, or destroy each other in their sovereign journey's that are witnessed, and, then become the supportive Force of Lift underneath each of their wings as they both soar to new heights.

Other person feels like a home, you can see like electric in other eyes, magnetic pull is nothing you haven't never experienced. You feel very deeply connected to this person. Feels like you woke up and start living. When you hug this person feels like you get charged like some battery. Every body has the own way to experience things, this was mine. Your comment resonates for me. Thanks. I'm in the 'crushed with grief' stage just now. It's been a whole fucking year apart and the pain is still intense. Having the experience of that skin charge makes it difficult for me to be with anyone else, or even contemplate it - It makes me want to vomit to be close to another. My intention is the heal, love and allow, but ohhhh boy, this is some hard ass shit. Any wisdom?

@@farrierkane My wisdom. I can say only one thing what is sure, time heals. In my case it has been three and half years when i really say that it's really getting better. Even fore a while i was able not to think this person it felt like some energy was stucked in my body and that created the low moods for me. When this person told anything about the man she was dating it was like my heart was crushed again and again. All my best for you, it's nice to hear that i'm not the only one who has experienced this kind of thing. ✨

@@farrierkane My twin is getting married whit someone else, and i cannot blame her. She gets the life she deserves whit another man. All stories don't end up like Disney's movies. Wisdom for that connection comes later. I am not there yet but heading there. Long time i felt that we meant to be together but if other doesn't feel the same then... My twin wants to be friend whit me but it just doesn't feel right for me

Is that not as important to him as it is for me?? 😳 I guess I'm just still in shock and it's insanely difficult to accept and move on.... This is next level hard, and I don't have tears anymore so much, I just observe the pain and it's...... Hmmmm... Fucking hard. I hate that you say it still is for you after 3+ years. Ahhhhggg!

Soooo very accurate!!! Didn't know about Karmic relationships until in my 60s . Spent 33 years in one.😬. A couple of years after he died I met my twin flame and my whole world changed. I have never felt anything so deep and powerful and spiritually connected in my life. It taught me the lessons I needed to learn. 4 years after my twin and I met he died. But I still feel him with me. You go through life in a mundane world and one day lightening strikes and your whole world brightens.❤

Letting go of this entire concept of "twin flames" has been one of the most liberating paradigm shifts ever! I would also just like to add that synchronicity are signs of being in alignment with the universe. I say this because people have lots of synchronicity around somebody because they are happy and in an elevated mood and then become convinced that that person is their "twin flame" the relationship can get really toxic and unhealthy. However, because it was so magical and synchronistic in the way they came together, people think that surely this is their "twin flame" 🔥🔥 and they don't want to lose the connection. They convinced themselves that it must be the runner chaser dynamic. Bottom line if their relationship is unhealthy and not bringing out the best in you and you are not being treated well. Let go! You are not bound to anyone.

@@anatta467 Until you personally go through a massive and unexpected spiritual awakening. Then you become aware of so much. I am with my twin flame-I didn't realize it until I watched this video. I am very drawn to this lady and her teaching. When my husband and I have an argument, I have always felt like I am arguing with myself. It is like looking in a mirror for sure. It's impossible to explain. I can't say I am thrilled with the thought, but I am definitely working on ascension, very slowly through this lower third dimensional human brain. The synchronicities she talks about are vastly more than just an 11:11 every day. We actually have miracles around us (Like being in a car accident, but instead of hitting us, the car rose up and over us and disappeared. This was just a month ago!) Anyway, just trust me that there is SO much more than meets the human eye.

If it’s truly a twin flame connection the only way to b able to stay in union is if both have fully healed past life karma n present trauma n karma in this lifetime . If u heard her in the beginning the dynamic of the connection is a mirroring of the souls which then brings up all old wounds to heal in oneself Which means the triggers are so intense in both making it nearly impossible to stay together. It’s far more stronger emotions then when involved in a karmic relationship. That’s where the energies become push n pull dynamic it’s the nature of the souls to react as such And if only one of the twins has done the work of healing which then will not except the toxic behaviors of the other one which is part of ur healing it’s a form of self love n will not allow the disrespect from anyone including a twin flame partner. Everyone wants a twin flame without realising it's not a bed of roses, twins reflect their shadows to eachother( imagine having the parts of you u hv repressed nd kept hidden from yourself and the world staring back at you ) ur twin can only come in union with u only when u fully accept ur shadow self , if you have a lovey Dovey relationship with someone and u guys just met then that is not a twin flame relationship, because your twin will fight against the connection even before you get the chance to tell them how you feel about them.

Exactly! There is no PERSON with that title, the true twin is the alignment with love within yourself, love for the divine, love for source and everything that comes along with that alignment. One can’t put a human before the love of God, I see that unhealthy attachment stuff all the time “he’s my everything and my world, he’s my rock” all that unhealthy attachment is not normal. No one person should be your everything, the world is too big for that.

Don't pray to be together with your TF. You are ONE soul, you're the same spiritual being in 2 different personalities (body and mind), you are already together forever, whether you want it or not lol. Focus on your spiritual ascension and union with the other person will come as a byproduct. Union between Twinflames is not the goal, spiritual ascesnion is the real goal, although physical union comes too most of the times.

That’s the thing they don’t realize that they’re going through the ascension process, their symptoms are not twin flame symptoms. Twin flames are not here for romance and love, we are here for healing and a specific mission for the collective people to get them through their Ascension process. We are gifted individuals who help the public, spiritual teachers. And if we complete massive, and I mean massive amounts of healing together with our twin flame. Who might I add we meet at the beginning of our spiritual path not after, Then in the end we are blessed with a karmic blessing which is union. But the entire journey is mostly in separation and only coming together to be triggered in order to do more healing. There may be some narcissistic tendencies but that person is not a narcissist it is past unhealed childhood trauma. People are happy in a relationship and think it’s a twin flame. I am a real twin flame, angelic, when we each become whole we then get to come into Union. But we are here for a MISSION. I’m not going. To lie. I’m tired of hearing everyone and their sister thinking they’re twin flames. It’s a self destroying path that leaves you to abundance. You are tore apart to be built back up the. To complete your world wide mission.

Dreamt of their bday month and day before I even knew it. We met on an app but didn’t talk, just played together so knew nothing about them at that time. Met them halfway around the world a few times and even though I broke up with them holy f I have been growing through some s**t. Actually good stuff and not so good . Miss them like crazy though, it’s not good timing to be with them for me.

If there's one thing I've learned in this life after 50 years it's that what is the biggest mistakes that humans make is holding the other person accountable for their own unhappiness. Because if you don't have it you can't share it. This is one of the reasons I love watching your videos because you give friendly reminders of how to fix yourself so to speak. When I met him , I just had a knowing that we would not be able to be together unless we were each embodying our highest selves. 🎁 One cool SYNCHRONICITY was that we took the same pic of the same clouds on the same day around the same time, evening time. And. The first day we spoke/messaged, that afternoon the sky was absolutely VIBRANT, fire in the sky.... It was indeed magical. ✨ Never seen the sky look like that before or since. But I know it will happen. 🧡

Met a girl at my work and experienced with her the stuff you described. It was like she knew everything about me and the reason for all of my emotions, traumas, etc... without me telling her. It really felt like I was communicating with my self through her and learned so much about myself, there was actually some healing happened to me. Interesting that both of us felt the same about each other. Such strong magnetism, at some point both of us stopped working and were so much overwhelmed by this experience that we were not paying attention to anything around us except of ourselves and the experience we had. Unfortunately(or fortunately😄) I left that workplace, and that girl was from a very wealthy and a religious family, so a romantic relationship between us was a tough option, but I can only imagine where it would take both of us. It felt that I can do and have anything with her with me. I tried to figure out what was that, and suddenly your vid on recommendations. Thank you for an explanation.

Yep TF’s for sure…TF’s will usually always have big differences whether that be big age gaps, different religion, cultures, wealth status ect ect… I felt your message and I do believe you have met your twin.. lol hang on to your hat for your in for the ride of your life time!! And it’s not a easy journey, you’ll feel like your on a roller coaster ride, and at times you’ll question your sanity..But one thing is assured…You shall grow and once you start there is no turning back. 🌿🌟♥️🌟🌿

I experienced a very similar time many years ago when I was in my early 20s. I went through an intense spiritual and personal growth period after that situation ended. It didn’t develop into an actual relationship. It sent me in search of answers and led me to study astrology because I had his birthdate. Fast forward to current times. I have reacquainted with another person who I felt similar connections with after years of not seeing them. It didn’t develop into a relationship either, after I tried to convey I held a deep connection and emotions towards him. It seems like an echo of what I’d experienced all those years ago in my 20s. As others here have stated: sometimes they are brought into your life to awaken a deeper part of yourself and bring up areas where you need to heal in order to grow. It shines a proverbial light into your wounds around personal or romantic relationships. That’s been my experience. What’s bizarre to me is I felt with both these individuals a telepathic connection. I was shown visions of how this latest person and I are connected on a soul level. He is a skeptic and doesn’t believe in these types of things (or was, when I last spoke with him about astrology). I hope you are able to move forward on your own journey without looking back too much. It can be difficult to let go of the attachment. I feel that is part of the lesson, for myself anyway. ♥️

@@pati6239 Why should you forget it? Just treat it as an experience, try to learn from it. And eventually you will see what will happen. If you feel it, then it probably is. Whatever will happen it's not the end of the world, don't worry 😉 If you're close enough you may just ask if the feelings are mutual, and if a relationship is special. Take it easy, but I know it's a bit tough, you always get overwhelmed by what's happening between you two 🙂

My twin flame relationship was probably one of the best things that has happened to my life so far. I learned a lot of lessons including my own boundaries and limits and at the same time I was able to help her out as well. I just knew it wouldn’t work out any further once discovered myself and I didn’t want to feel any resentment or anger towards her by dragging out the relationship. I still truly care about her and wish her the best but my journey is different from hers and I had to make that choice. Thank you for this great video and explanation between twin flames vs soulmate vs karmic relationships. I know a lot of people get them mixed up but everything you said resonated with me.

@@ravia5112 we were very similar in a lot of ways and even had similar birthdays (all same signs except our rising sign Pisces/Leo). I just quit my job and we’ve been friends before so it was very easy for me to get committed bc there was a huge hole to fill. She did really make me happy and I really was gonna commit my life to her even to a point where I was willing to give up my friends and family because none of them approved her. (Mind you I have been single for more than 5 years) Everything started changing when we moved in together in our own place. Her insecurities showed and she put a lot of pressure on me and even betrayed me on multiple levels after I gave her 100% commitment. I thought by giving her it all, she would be less insecure and tbh I never did her any wrong. She made the choice by going thru my phone and judge me by past when I was happily single. I just realized by then that you can’t change people if they don’t want to (Don’t save her, she don’t wanna be saved - J.Cole). After the second time of accusing me of looking at girls on my phone while I’m ASLEEP, I made the choice to part ways because at this point she was just dragging me down. It was just multiple things that bothered me and I always voiced myself but she wouldn’t want to listen nor improve. I’ve never felt a lot of the emotions when we would get into fights (my limits/boundaries) because it was just a lot of non sense and she would always realize it that she went overboard. Even ruin friendships that she was able to build with ppl that accepted her. A relationship is where both people can grow and when you start sacrificing yourself to please the other then you will start feeling resentment. I never wanted to be in that place because then it would just become toxic. A lot of people get stuck bc they get into relationships too early before they are able to develop themselves. That’s why I stayed single for the longest time bc I was dating myself and don’t hurt anyone along the way.

@@ravia5112 I kinda elaborated personally, read the comment wrong but what I can say is. The other person will have a very similar taste to whatever you like. Body temperature will most of the time be also the same (both of y’all are always cold/hot). Walked a very similar life path, but one of you had a rougher past. Astrological signs might be even very similar. A twin flame can be a lot of fun bc both of y’all know what it takes to make it fun but also at times very difficult bc you know how to manipulate each other. Most clashes happen due to previous ptsd or trauma. Soulmate relationships should be effortlessly for most of the time and if there are issues, you figure it out and improve from there. With twin flames you often times allow them to act negatively bc you “understand where they come from” but it still doesn’t give them a right to treat you that way

I met my twin flame a few weeks ago at a bar. I was alone and didn't expect anything that night. She was literally born the day after me; within 24hrs. We like the same music, same favorite band!!! We have the same core beliefs, we fell for each other instantly. She gave me her number and she told me that her phone was dead. And I still haven't gotten a call back from her; her phone always goes straight to voicemail. So I believe she was talking about not having her phone turned on. I keep feeling this connection to her still. It feels like she's not gone, not ghosting me, but is literally feeling what I am feeling. And the Universe has shown me that she is going through what she must as I am going through what I must; working out ourselves and our things as the Universe prepares us for each of us to come together. I learned I must truly let her and all attachments go to the Universe because only the Universe and pull out all the works, and make it all work out best for both her and I. I still miss her. Yet I am grateful she has come into my life and that the Universe is working on mine and her behalf. And I feel she's feels the same way. Having faith God; the Universe will bring us together.

Just some friendly advice... if you're missing your TF, then you haven't yet surrendered (i.e. let go of your TF/stopped chasing), which is keeping you stuck in a continuous loop of longing. Unfortunately, this will only keep you in separation.. until you decide to let go, turn all that energy inward onto yourself, heal & learn to love yourself unconditionally. Thank you for this! I've been on my TF journey for about 4 years even though I've known my counterpart for 10. We were activated at a very specific time. The phrase "twin flame" found me after we were activated and I was trying to figure out what the heck had just happened lol. My own spiritual ascension and evolution in this time has been exponential due to our connection, and I've rediscovered home within myself. It's a beautiful, wild ride that I'm so grateful for!

@@andreaking2358 soul recognition/activation. Often they happen at the same time but not always. In my case I met my twin when we were teenagers. When we were 17 the soul recognition happened and I think there was a bit of activation in that after that happened he was magnitized to me. We were talking and hanging out a lot more but we werent together. He did ghost me at the end of the school year, that was the first time he ever pulled away from me. But that didnt cause me to go through a dark night of the soul and then my spiritual awakening. Not sure if it was because we didnt truly have a love bubble phase or if it was because we were way too young to go through ascension/awakening and therefore it wasnt fully triggered. So the activation is when your soul is ready for the awakening, for ascension and the super intense love bubble phase occurs and your dark night of the soul afterwards. When he came back into my life 25 years later, thats when the activation occurred.

We both knew it happened but never spoke of it 😒 lol. But our energy was charged differently after that and we began triggering each other, etc...

I've met my Twin Flame seven months ago, when I moved to a different country. I think the first thing you notice is the immediate attraction and the feeling that you've known this person for a long time. We are in the separation stage at the moment, I think we were both kinda freaked out about this connection, because We've never experienced anything like this before. Every time we speak we mirror each other's weaknesses and insecurities. I hope this separation period will come to an end soon. It is really painful knowing that the person who is your other half is not with you. I will return to my comment in the future to see, If we've made any progress in this beautiful journey.

When I met my twin flame, it was completely random. I surrendered to her immediately! Impossible to think my way through our interaction all I could do was just be present and express myself! The world becomes a bubble between us two. There is so much surplus all I can do is grow, the amount of spiritual challenges that arise is so intense! All that I could was face my fears, straight on! The things she talks about are things I know all too well. She said things that I needed to say and express especially our resignations of our physical distance it was just constant that was what I was thinking. The amount of belonging and connection and transmuting of old lessons to new ones was a reaccuring theme!

I can attest to your explanation of a Twin Flame as I believe I was with that person for several years. Many of those days were the darkest I’ve ever been through, especially because the reflections were so painful. But it only set me up for transformation afterwards. It became so volatile that the longer we stayed with each other the more it was unhealthy and made us increasingly miserable. I also don’t believe any other person could’ve given me that experience of exploration. The lessons I learned I still carry with me and I am still experiencing my unfolding progression year after year and wouldn’t be the person I am today without her. Best TF video I've seen, and I've seen A Lot! When searching info regarding my TF's karmic, I've read everything from it could last forever to it will dissolve over time. This is the first I've heard where they actually pull the individual from their spiritual purpose....no wonder they can be so toxic....and a good reason why the universe introduces the TF. Not to ruin a good marriage, or to shame the individuals with societal shame of infidelity, but to get that individual back on track and hopefully out of addictions and abuse.
