I can still recall the smell of my gray iron foundry days watching this. Keep up the good work gentlemen. Best I could do was 214 molds a day on a 14 x14 flask overhead sand feed jolt and squeze machine. I was replaced by robots. @ 1982....

This is an excellent video for a modern foundry. Very similar production methods as East Jordan Iron Works / EJ.
