Disclaimer: My “co-op experience” I explain in the video was done via couch co-op, online multiplayer isn’t what I am talking about here.

Thank God. I couldn't for the life of me find anything telling me whether you each control a different person or just vote on decisions. Of course it's the channel with 100 subs that tells me and not IGN with it's million viewers. *Keep up the good work. Thank you.*

Haha happy to help! However in case you didn’t read the description, this review was of my experience of the couch Co-op. Apparently online Co-op isn’t the same…

IGN literally said months ago how co-op in this game works locally and online. People just don't pay attention. Or better yet so an actual look up or just test it out yourself

I’d say supermassive dropped the ball on online co op as opposed to what came before in Dark Anthologies.

Yeah sorry if you look in the description you’ll see that this is the review of the couch co-op, not online multiplayer. Couch co-op was great 🙌🏻

Would be fun to do with a set of rules like you can't talk to each other when making decisions, but can rip each other afterwards about it 😂

I believe I saw something in the trailer on Xbox about each player being able to turn down/ turn off the QTEs and other things of that nature, so I think your mom should be able to play it as long as those settings are changed for her

This is false one person plays the rest just sit there and watch Edit: like we vote for the choices but it's not like the previous and in my opinion better games when it comes to co-op

My experience was that my friend and I had characters assigned and we chose our characters’ choices. Hence why I call it Co-op 🤓

@@thatfreakingeek yeah the online co-op was completely different lmaooo. My friend controlled everything because he was host (which is fine I guess) But the biggest problem for me was the decision making. They had two modes (one host makes all final decisions)or( majority rules). We went with the voting system and when I say not ONE of my decisions were picked I literally mean none of them. The whole time it felt like none of my decisions mattered. Didn't even get trophies lol. All this to say that the couch version vs online seem to be too different experiences. Which is why I think some of the people in here aren't happy with it.

@@DboySince99 oh that makes sense. I presumed the online version would be the same. I’m not much of an online gamer, I mainly prefer couch Co-op for my multiplayer games. Appreciate the clarity you gave 🙏🏻

The online Co-Op is so bad compared to the other games 😂 my brother and I are beyond disappointed and just find this so boring lol. We are halfway through this game and still find this boring as hell. RIP tbh. We are just gonna do it solo because what is the point lol.

That's what I'm saying! Me and my brother waited for so long for online co-op and it turn out to be one of the biggest scam ever. I rather watch a twitch streamer play than buy it to watch my brother play.

@@Justini0 I don’t think couch co op is any better. I don’t how passing the controlling back and forth is any different from single player passing the controller. Disappointing for an expensive game

You sound like an idiot, it’s the fact we can’t can’t control other characters and only the host pretty much controls all the movement and and the final decision on what to say. That’s not fun, that’s not what a Co Op game is suppose to be like. Has nothing to do about being addicted to online play, in fact that’s completely irrelevant. lol think before you speak

Dark pictures house of ashes Co Op The as better than this crap. Atleast on house of ashes you both can control different characters and can both play, the quarry co op isn’t even really co op, you just watch someone play and make suggestions on decisions. Boring asf!
