That is very cool. He loves his players. I watched the part of him having been fired and having to move at Christmas so many times and yet he is such a loyalty guy. I value that quality more than just about any.

@Edninety

And you can kinda understand it even, at that level i mean. But on a human site, I always hated how fast people were to call "failed" coaches shitty or idiots or whatever. imagine doing your job, but everybody knows it and is critisizing every single step you take. Those are people man, chill. There's always a time for calling people out on GAME mistakes, there's never a time to insult people like that just because you're an anonymous fan. Maybe I'm just taking spoken insults too serious and they mean what I mean but i don't know
@robk5437

I wouldn't feel too sorry for him. Making millions working the job he loves. It doesn't matter how many times he was fired. Because right around the corner he was hired. If you want to feel bad for coaches then feel bad for those ones that don't get multiple opportunities. Having a coaching position in the NFL even a lower one is something special. Even if you only have that job for a year. I bet you almost every single coach would not trade it in for anyting

From tiki and ronde and kids to all of of are African American coordinators and coaches to the women we have on our staff in Tampa this man is just all around a great human being. Besides the fact that he is a qb whisperer he has drafted arguably the best safety’s in the nfl in The honey bager,Buddha baker, and Antoine Winfield jr this man will go beyond football 🏈 he’s a players coach thank you Bruce you are a real one. So glad he came out of retirement! He’s firm but fair honest and true and I think if there were more people in the world like him the world would be a far better place

Because if he chose to sign with another team instead of the Bucs and B.A was stuck with Crablegs Winsnone for another season that would've mean no winning record, no playoffs, and no superbowl ring.
