The Quebec Winter Carnival is a definite must-see if visiting Canada in the month of February. Being the largest winter carnival in the world, it attracts nearly one million tourists with its spectacular parades, masquerade ball, ice palaces, dog sled - and soapbox races - and of course the popular King of the Festivities; Bonhomme, who has become the face of the carnival, since his first appearance in 1954.
