我发现在《如懿传》里只有皇后富察氏和贵妃高氏。以及。嘉贵人金时代有一耳三钳，因为富察氏是满洲镶黄旗，自打小就打了三个耳朵。而贵妃呢有身份，高叔一开始只是内务府包衣出身，但是后来经乾隆皇帝抬起成满洲镶黄旗。因此也有了一耳三钳而嘉贵人金氏呢？简单。简单利落。就是因为他的祖先是朝鲜人。
