@@j4r3d29 This show introduced me (age 18) to the Tranquilizers and Sedatives(Back in February 2022) . I started taking tranquilizer (after getting doctor's approval and prescription of course ). It did help me with my severe anxiety and stress. I didn’t think, medicines could give relief, Psychiatry Department says "Hello There I exist 😮‍💨🫥🫤". I didn’t get addicted to them but I loved the way it felt.

It really does for me too. The Valium, the drinking, the smoking, I used to think were so important. I believed I needed them, but getting over them was a very important learning process. Hope you’re doing well and feeling good ❤
