Welcome to the PVE guide for Awakening Corsair! In dis video I try to gib u a simple guide to Corsair's PVE Rotation along with some tips to help you along ^^ Be sure to stay till the end for some tips and surprises :3
Following the updates to Open Fire! and Cease Fire! the skill rotation for the damage phase whenever Open Fire! is used will look something like this: Shift+RMB - Shift+LMB - Shift+F - Hold F

Edit: Buffs should be like this: AP+20, Crit Hit Rate + 44%, Crit Damage + 3%, Attack Speed +7%, Evasion +6% and Movement Speed +20%, DP-15 x2 ^^ there was a typo & thanks to Zodi for pointing it out!
Take note to not use the 530% & 300% EXP scrolls together (i don't think u can, but just in case!)

What are your thoughts on Succession vs Awa for the corsair?

@@jamiewalker6296 hmmm i think awk offers a little more flexibility atm, succ is better at brawling, but then without the old s and the low-ish dmg its hard for you to brawl anyway, so i think succ is more difficult to play in pvp. Pve they are similar, a matter of preference whether u like melee or guns. Oops i mean harpoon.

@@OhohoTV ya I just started her for the season the other day. She’s is interesting and different as far as classes go. How gimped is her grinding in pve? I know it’s not S+, but is it at least decent if your not min maxing? Or is in a why bother tier?

I found this guide super useful, though you didn't mentionned much the hotbar skills that summons your crew mate I'm kinda lost with this mechanic wether I should spam all of them at once or rotate. Great guide I'd recommend to anybody trying out Awakened Corsair :)

For the most part, the skill that rotates the otters can be left on the first option, the one with -9% eva, for most pve scenarios, pvp you can experiment. The light them up is just your ez range debuffs and pop addons

how much TL at gyffin rhasia u can get as corsair awakening ? i do 7k at my succ corsair , idint know yet whos better at pve , succ or awakening corsair, anw ur video is totally helpfull and good, love to see more content abt corsair

aside from mareca skills, do you ever fit in some more pre-awk skills in your rotations? Wave Blast > Vigor Rush > hotbar Absolute: Overflow > hotbar Absolute Tide's Kiss and then A/D F to get back to awk works wonders for me and looks real good DPS-wise

Used to be that it was better to mix some preawake skills in for filler, but now u could just stick with awake and only your rabam magnus skills to keep the flow going

@@OhohoTV haha its true man, oh yeah i want to ask about awakening and succesion performance on corsair after latest update, which one is better for pve and also pvp? (Preferably doing 1v1 not large scale cause sometimes peeps love to ruin our grind time) hope u can answer me cause im doing awakening corsair these few day and see succ is better option for both pve and pvp man

@@esdeathchan4354 hmmm i think its a question of personal preference for pvp, succ has shield break which gives u an advantage against q-block classes, and awak has more mobility, ranged damage and a fast grab if u animation cancel it. For pve, it sort of depends, i prefer awak because it has more frontal guards for places like gyfin underground

@@OhohoTV ngl, you actually made me want to play her. Her moveset seems soo quick and honestly so fun. Btw, read on your previous video you said that she needed more gear. Could you elaborate? Like do I really need that high of a GS to actually be viable to use her?

sure thing, it's not that you need super high gs, but more like, you need more gs to make the same gains that another class would have gotten at a comparatively lower gs. i.e. 289 corsair does about the same as say a 281 striker in some zones and god forbid, a shai in some other spots XD tldr: other more meta classes perform better with the same gear

Passives are at the 2nd bottom most section of your skill tree! Directly called passives

on the debuff combo where are you pulling the other 24% crit damage from none of your skills have plus 24% crit damage unless your talking about corrupted crystals which arnt anything to do with skills >.>

i gave the script a re-check and i think it was a typo, it should have been an additional +24% crit rate, but i typed crit dmg instead, so the correct end buff result should be +44% Crit Rate, +3% Crit Dmg. Thanks for pointing it out!

Hmmm… well i was like u 2 years ago too, confused, lost and horrifically bad at the game! Its going to take a while to reach “endgame” but that’s the reality for most rpgs, the grind will always be present. However you dont hv to be intimidated by that! Most geared players were gearlets once too and right now, gearing is actually pretty easy comparatively. I took 2 years for 700gs and i think if u started today you’ll take even less time to get there ^^

It's like this with pretty much any "classic" MMOs... you really need to put a lot of time and effort into learning things gradually. For us impatient folk, mobile MMOs are designed for easy no-brainer grinding that can take you to late game in several hours/a few days lol the choice is always there

She does! Most of the newer classes have such elaborate effects to them ^^ but i lag a lot in siege and nws, its quite unplayable at sub 30fps somtimes so i think for pvp its just kinda a goner there, unless they decide to dedicate the time to patch or optimise large scale 🤷‍♀️

Yupp, still an evasion class atm. Although DR would also work, but then you’ll not be taking advantage of her evasion passives

Nowhere. The creator must've misread one of the ability's crit chance buff as crit damage. You only get 3% from buffs (skill addon buffs were improved, so it's actually 5% now)

if what you meant was whether she could swim in her mermaid form underwater, then yes :D tho only for short bursts and the animations are kind of slow unless u wear a swimming outfit

Afaik there arent any significant changes to the awakening kit, so the combos are still valid. But do adjust for your own playstyle

I’m so tired of these outdated guides for classes that are not fotm! Six months, a year old!! Some people don’t care about $ per hr! I work, kids, fuckin life happens! Where are the guides to recent buffs and nerfs to enjoy playing a class that I choose to spend hrs grinding on! I enjoy her! Don’t give two fucks on $ per hr!!
