Thank you so much for sharing my quilt pictures. It actually made me cry to see them and hear what you said about them. You inspire me every time I open your videos and I'm heading back to my sewing room. Thank you again and I hope others enjoyed seeing my quilts. One correction tho...the pineapple quilt was the only one sent to Maui. I loved making that quilt with all the colorful fabrics and 80% of the fabrics were from Maui! Off to finish my square in a square block quilt. Have a wonderful and blessed day!

If you need smaller flying geese how do you figure the pieces?
@sewcharmingquiltshop2 ай бұрын
We use a chart. I can’t post pictures here but I will post one on our Facebook page so you can see it. You can tweet the sizes a little bit if needed.

As usual, I learned a new method today to make flying geese. Is there a formula to use to make different sizes of flying geese? Thank you so much for everything you do for all of us.
@sewcharmingquiltshop2 ай бұрын
I’d found a chart a while back that I use for changing up the size. The ones I’m making now are all the same size but the chart should help. I posted it on our Facebook page since I can’t post pictures here. Sew Charming Quilt Shop. Someone else had asked yesterday. 😊

I really appreciate the great video instructions. Is there a particular pattern your using? On a personal note,,,You look great in that cute colorful top😊
@sewcharmingquiltshop2 ай бұрын
Awww, thank you! As for a pattern, I’m just making flying geese out of fabrics I had at home in my scrap bin or fabrics I’d not used yet and found while cleaning my sewing room! I’m making all the flying geese the same size and putting them together two at a time. The video where I started making it and explain it in more detail is: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rtidjdGWr73PdY0.htmlsi=NlmmerI7szWtwDi4

This is my favorite way to make flying geese, but I have only made them using layer cake 10 inch squares. Is there a formula for making different size flying geese? I have made note of fabric pieces used in the size you demonstrated.

I use a chart I found online. I posted it to our Facebook page because people were asking.
