yes, stockfish confirms this was a miss. it’s around -2.5 after Qc8 guarding the bishop, but -0.4 after hikaru played Qxf5

This is a great question, but the following line is the solve for black. Nxc5, if white goes a2, Nxd3+, Kg2, Rg3+, Kf1, Rg8 (covering the a8 promotion square). If instead of a2 white moves the bishop to safety, say Bb1, you have Rxb3 and black will have time to play Ra3 and cover the a8 promotion square. Hope this helps!
