I do not understand why nomads do not seem to learn from experience. A tent cannot withstand rain and snow. They have been moving to and from same places since their ancestors. They should build shepherd sheds in their spring and summer camps to keep themselves dry and warm and safe from wild animals. Or set up the tent on a raised platform, maybe a foot above ground to be safe from flood. Rocks and soil for the platform, maybe sealed with cement to prevent water from leaking into the floor. This is common sense. Why repeat the error and suffer time and again?

Tienes toda la razón. Llevan generaciones en este oficio de pastorear rebaño y siguen en la misma situación precaria, tanto ellos como sus ganados. Es como las personas a través del mundo que viven en situación de calle, se acostumbran a vivir en esas condiciones mínimas, y ni siquiera mínimas. Creo que debieran aprovechar muchos recursos que la misma naturaleza se encarga de proporcionarles, como las piedras que saben utilizar bien, los troncos de los arboles, como para construir mejores establos para el ganado y vivienda, casa o habitación como ellos les llaman.
