I found my debugging station at a garage sale 10 years ago for $20. I live on Long Island and it was taken by a former Acclaim employee when everyone was let go.

There was also an original PlayStation given to various schools with a massive education package these have nearly all found their way to a dumpster over the years, and would be nearly impossible to find complete

Omg my dad bought a PS1. I barely remember playing it. I had to be 3-4 years old ('01-'02) playing Spiderman 2000, Driver 2 and some NBA game. I was able to complete Spiderman, never progressed beyond the 1st mission in Driver 2, and all I remember from NBA is *SHAQUILLLLLLLLE* *OHHHHHH* *NEALLLLLLLLLL*

Just stumbled across this channel and thought I'd share. Genuinely, I own one of the yellow Jordan Grand Prix PS1 consoles. I won it in the UK via a competition in a Formula 1 magazine which had a very limited run. It also came with the Formula 1 97 Limited Edition game as seen in the picture you put up, and also a yellow branded bicycle, a steering wheel and seat, a helmet and a genuine set of overalls from a mechanic who worked with Micheal Schumacher in the Benetton Team in around 1995. It however was the only PlayStation console I owned from a young age until the PS2 was released, so it has been well played. Still in working condition, but has been well used with a temperamental laser, but currently boxed and stored for many years now.

i had a PS One back in the day. the one that had a tiny screen you screw on to the back and play it like a laptop. i loved that thing. i used to bring it to work with me and play games in the truck while on lunch break. lol.

I used to own the blue debug playstation 1. I was going through a rough patch for a while emotionally and was planning on making a bit of extra $ to move to my girlfriend. I ended up selling it and yet never moved to her. I regret it every day as blue is my favorite color, I sold it for essentially no reason, and I like to collect.

I have one that I won as 1st prize in a Tekken 3 tournament that is kind of special too, Dif Hockey did a collab with Sony and David Gunnarsson (a famous swedish nhl goalie mask painter). I’ll send you a pic if you want. It’s painted gold with Dif emblem and autographs from some of the teams players.

I legitimately don't know what happened to our PS1. Still have the PS2, the original Xbox should be somewhere, not sure about the cables, GameCube I have, but the first console me and my brother had is just missing. I doubt it was sold, so... Unless my mom did so at a garage sale, but seems unlikely. Missing many of my classic games, even some from PS2 era.

TyTyger 626 same here! I went through atleast 5 PS2’s over it’s life cycle. I still got 1 that the disc tray got stuck & wouldn’t eject but I could pull it out & switch my games. I still got my PS3, but everything else grew legs lol

Yooooo you ought to see this Promo Tony Hawk Pro Skater promo PS1 I managed to get my hands on a few years ago, it was made by Activision for Blitz Distribution ( the company that owns Birdhouse skateboards) to promote the game, it’s got a clear shell and the Blitz insignia imprinted on it. It’s the the crown jewel of my collection

Not super rare or expensive but I think worth mentioning is the SCPH 1001 model which the main difference is it has RCA jacks and a multi out port these are sought after for the RCA jacks and the DAC found inside it and the SCPH 5501 sadly these arent too reliable due to the laser being made out of plastic and placed by the power supply

I have a unit that has rca jacks, multi out as well as s-video. I am not sure which version it is but it also came with a cheat device that plugs in the back that came with a little spring you place on this disk drive button that allows you to play burned and region free discs

I have a blue debug and gold mini but theres also a green red black and white debug console yes a red debug console it exists my favorite has to be the black yaroza debug PlayStation 1 as its beautifully matching with future generation consoles and its pretty respectablely easy to find complete

you can buy a ps1 classic in US for 19.99 bloody hell here in Sweden they go for around 70-100 bucks in both gaming stores or Tradera which is a Swedish version of ebay.

i had the chance to get the hornet Jordan ps1. missed out but i know where it went. rare amd cool as it is, it's just the top cover painted yellow and just the jordan sticker on it. i spoke to the lady who was selling it amd she said she wishes i jad it rather than who had bought it

PAL was the most common format so no surprise it was what the MIB console had. NTSC wasmostly an American thing with a few Asian countries using it too, so it makes sense that they would go with the wider used format.
