Actually, this is the A-60 of the rooms, he doesn't appear during the main game, but he appears when you go to the "rooms", he probably only had it as a test and he wasn't supposed to be there, he only appeared because the devs decided to put it there as a joke for KreekCraft

Before anyone says this is fake, I’m not kidding, they were actually added recently as an extremely rare entity who only spawns if the player does a specific series of events which is basically impossibly likely to happen unless you’re trying to get them to spawn

I found a thing, which'll help you to beat Figure at door 100. You need a crucifix to do that. When a game starts, you have to run away from it and wait for moment 'til Figure won't pass through the centre of the place. I even don't know, how I can say about it, but I think you'll figure out, which one the place I'm saying. You're not silly. Later you have to run away from Figure to the floor -1, where you may save one of your things on a next game, but it's important to Figure has heard you. Later you need to run to the place. When you bring Figure there, you have to use a crucifix on Figure and run away as fast as possible at the place, where you collect the things for the elevator, but when I was using this way, Figure began to fly in the air later something time, but it is not gonna hurt you. That looks funny 😁

Ah yes, A-60. It was an entity that would appear at Room 60 (A-60) in a game called Rooms. Before doors came out, I played it a lot. Instead of 100 rooms, there was 1000 (so highest room is A-1000) basically, doors was heavily inspired by rooms, but have now added loads more entity’s, mechanics and stuff. *Overall:* It’s a reference from the game it was inspired from, and named after the room it appears on since it had no name in rooms

The name of the entity is "A-60" (possibly) It's an entity from rooms and is now in the game. The location is in door 62 and requires the lever flipped in door 62, a long with 2 lockpicks and a skeleton key. The chance is now 1/1 as it appears in the rooms door A-60, or above. It is no longer a 1 in infinity entity as now it sits in the secret A-000 door.

It's the troll face and the devs trolled him with it. Sadly it does not exist in vanilla doors, you need dev access. You cannot run from it, you can not hide from it. It will kill you.

The A-60 entity was now added in a secret door which gets you to another game.

While this video is a year old, I'm a Doors nerd, and have to correct this. The entity was A-60, and was spawned purely by the Doors devs for Kreekcraft as a joke. As such, I wouldn't call it the 'rarest', as it can't be spawned without outside help. THat said, as of writing this, A-60 can spawn frequently in the Rooms, and in the Hotel with a certain modifier. As for what the rarest is, Shadow and Jack are tied at 1/2000. Jack has a 1/200 chance to spawn in closets, but a 1/2000 chance to spawn when opening a new room. Ergo, Shadow is technically rarer. Window may also be up there, however there's no known statistics for it. Even still, Window appears in the lobby as an easter egg, so that could be counted as being a 100% chance if you're weird. So the rarest is Shadow, right? In terms of pure RNG, yes. But, there's an entity that doesn't use ANY RNG and can always be spawned, but you're less likely to see in a run than any others due to the nature. Dread is an entity that can spawn at Door 13. but before Door 14 is opened. It ONLY spawns after 1 in game hour has passed (I think about 40-45 irl minutes). You'll know this when the clocks in the hotel are past midnight. Then, and only then, will Dread spawn for 1 room, and be easy to avoid by just opening Door 14. As such, I consider Dread to be the rarest entity, even if you could theoretically make it spawn however many times you want in a row.

Fun fact: In the Doors+Hotel update, A-60 is now not that rare. There is an secret room in door 55-64 only sometimes, and there will be a openin behind one of the cabinets or something, then finish the maze, then you will find a secret room with a locked gate. Go back to door 60 then proceed to door 61 and then use the lever on the basement. Then go back to the door 60 secret room, you will see the gate is now open. There will be a door there, that needs ( 2 lockpicks and one skeleton key[you can get from jeff) and then enter the door then press continue run. Then you will be teleported to a secret game called rooms. The entities that habitats the rooms is. ( A-60, A-90 and A-120) You can reach to A-200 then you can find an exit, or you can proceed to A-1000 so you can get a secret item named Tracker, it helps you find keys or somewhat other stuff. to be fair, Timothy isn’t really that rare. Sure, it is a 1/200 chance, but that’s for EVERY drawer you open. Which if you’re playing normally, you’ll probably be opening quite a few, 100 at least.

there's a thing that few know of, in super hard mode (also devs confirmed it will be added back soon, they removed it due to the new room generation system) there are 2 rooms that each have a *1 in 9000* chance of spawning, the hedge maze room and the take a seat room

Actually, the last one was A-60. They added it in the new update, in door 60, get 2 pick locks, and one skeleton key. And there's a room that says: A-0000. Now you enter the rooms. And also as you pass the rooms, it's actually not rare it will spawn at A-0060, and A-0120. Have fun!

How to get to the rooms: Get two lock picks and the skeleton key. Go behind the closet which leads to door A-000. You can see the gate is closed. You need to go to door 61. After switching the lever that opens door 62, do not go in there (unless you don’t care about the rooms). Instead, go back to door 60 and go back behind the closet. You should see that the gate is now open. You will see “A-000.” Use both lock picks and the skeleton key. Then hold down “E” until it asks you to continue run. Click on that. Then you will be in the rooms. The exit will appear around A-100. If you pass the exit, then you will have to reach A-1000. Once you reach A-1000, you will get the tablet. Then you can exit the Rooms. Edit: OKAY I THOUGHT THE EXIT WAS AT A-100 STOP YELLING AT ME
