The Percy Edward and Gordon are the early Plarail released when they remaked them fully detailed and a new style box

These are some awesome purchases man thrift stores are like gold mines for us Thomas users you'll never know what you'll find, that's how I found a flip face Toby for $2. But the fact that you found a Tomy Oliver is absolutely jaw-dropping. Again some fantastic purchases man and can't wait to see more videos

@@anapatriciamoncada9208 No it isn’t. This version was only produced for a year, and very little were produced. Later in 2004 plarail would reissue Percy with a separately molded face. My mistake, I should have been clearer.

I got my tomy Oliver for like 17 quid (in destroyed condition of course) but that’s just cuz I’m bri’ish but I can confirm he isn’t rare and is just an over priced piece of green plastic
