The Raspberry Can!

This Can of Raspberries and Chocolate is composed of eleven delicious layers. It starts with a chocolate streusel with a raspberry ganache, topped with a generous raspberry soaked chocolate sponge, a combo between a raspberry cremeux and a fresh raspberry compote and finished with a light duo chocolate mousse. The can and can opener are both crafted 100% out of dark chocolate and are of course fully edible!
Which part do you prefer?

Son of a...biscuit. The man created an edible, working, yes, WORKING, can opener!!! I sat there and watched him do it. Not once. Not twice. But four times. That's how many times I went back to make sure I wasn't missing anything. That I wasn't losing my mind. I hadn't even finished the video yet!!! He did a fabulous job. Chef created another piece of art.

My, my, my, my, my, my ,my!!!!!!!!!! The amazing and blessed mind of Chef Amaury!!!!! Everything he does just makes my mouth water. It's like relaxing and exciting and overwhelming all in one. My emotions are just going crazy. I wish I could afford to pay him to commission me a Taurus with a Lupus ribbon for my birthday. A girl can dream. Just in awe always.
