I must admit, after suffering frozen shoulder and doing a ton of research online, you were the only person that spoke as if they really understood the issue and how to try and fix it.. The 'ah ha' moment for me was when I heard about 'shoulders back and down' for the first time. Believe me...I'll never forget it. Btw...it has taken me 9 months to 'get over' this $hit and I still don't have full mobility back. Big thank you.

I found your channel last week and holy shit I can lift my arm above my head without it feeling like it is being pushed down. I've been in a lot of pain because of it. Its a little tender now, but I'm not crying in pain any longer. You taught me how to unfuck my shit. Thank You!

So I watched your video on 5 beginning exercises to fix impingement 2 days ago. I have never felt these back muscles like this before! And it's helping my shoulder so much! I have a question though. I am having elbow pain and was wondering if you have videos for that as well? Thank you! I love your videos ❤

Yes we do... search our channel with the term "elbow" and it'll bring up what we've got. We also address elbows in our Shoulders & Arms program because very often what's going on in the elbow is caused by shoulder issues, which are often caused by spine issues... it's all connected!

can shoulder impingement cause the feeling of being uncomfortable in my own neck? i dont have super painful symptoms but I have the urge to crack my neck sometimes and i know for a fact my right shoulder has always been rotated forward more than my other. Also sometimes i feel my right collarbone pop from certain movements

I have exactly the same. A urge to crack my neck and right shoulder forward. I also have chronic pain on top of my right shoulder.

You could have chronically tight pec major and pec minor muscles casing a forward and downward rotation. A deep trigger point release with stretching will help, along with scapular stabilization and lower trap strengthing to allow proper rotation of the scapula when you raise your arm overhead. I am not diagnosing or providing treatment, but this is what I do for my patients as a doctor of physical therapy. The manual techniques I perform are necessary to properly release the myofascial tightness to allow for eventual realignment and muscle balance. Postural exercises will help as well. All the best.
