Moreover there is no legal restriction an Americans' ability to travel. You can travel between states freely, the states themselves exist only as bodies for the purposes of administration and legislation. People travel through multiple states at a time daily, and if not for signage they'd probably never even realize. Just a few weeks ago I drove from my state to Texas and passed another state in the way, WITH guns, and even when a TX cop pulled me over for a broken tail light they let me go even after confirming I was armed. The whole crossed state lines argument is not even remotely a concern.

@@berserkasaurusrex4233 Technically, no. I am one with the right decision that the jury made. But, nuance. Technically, a "not guilty" verdict doesn't mean innocent. What we need to keep our sights on are the facts. The fact was he defended himself. Do not let the legalese water that down. He is innocent not because of the verdict, but because of the facts. Still, by the same mechanism, the msm should have to be proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt to be punished for defamation. And they have the money to make it all too difficult to do that. Nevertheless, if the msm are found "not guilty", they are not innocent.

@@acctsys Half of the media (and Biden) are calling Kyle a White Supremacist, purely because of a frivolous lawsuit against some Facebook group that tried to use a 150 year old law originally used against the Klan, and because Kyle has made the OK hand sign like every other human being in the last 5 millennia. Beyond that, several outlets have labeled him as a murderer, a racist, a domestic terrorist, a mass shooter, an active shooter, and various other legally incorrect labels. He absolutely has grounds for a number of defamation suits, and a strong case for them as well. Probably a stronger case than Sandman had, and Sandman received settlements multiple times. Given the damage done to his life, his family, and their safety by the media and Biden's erroneous, malicious, and harmful statements, he has every reason to sue the lot of them for all they have. And I expect he will, there's probably a team of lawyers already calling him to try and get the ball rolling.

Honestly, I love the "he crossed state lines" excuse to demonize Kyle. It's not like Kyle lives smack dab in the middle of Kansas where it's a 3 hour drive in any direction to cross state lines, Kyle was like a 30 minute drive away from home. My daily rides to school as a child was a longer trip. Hell, that's about as far away as my parents are if I decide to visit them.

It was a victory in as much as it shows regular people are waking up to the lies. I strongly suspect at least some of the jurors looked at the reporting online. And I also suspect at least one stumbled across one of the lawyers coverage. That must have been....enlightening. And I would not be surprised if this information didn't tip the scales in Kyle's favor.

While I was at work today, some guy said "I guess it's okay to shoot people now." The fact that people actually believe that is truly remarkable. People have always been able to defend themselves in this country, so it doesn't matter if you "shoot people" if doing so prevents "people" from harming you. One of my co-workers also said "you can't take the law in your own hands." Just because you are armed in the streets does not mean you are "taking the law in your own hands." Open carry is legal in Wisconsin and Kyle only used his rifle when other people were attacking him. Case closed. Unfortunately, people are stupid so they will fail to actually look at the videos for themselves.

The defense team evaluated the jurors based on who they felt would lean guilty or not guilty, and three of the ones they wanted the most were not selected for the final jury. Or rather, were selected by Kyle to be the alternates.

Yes, as Kyle had to teach Binger during his cross. Binger seemed incredulous that Kyle just told him it would have been illegal for him to possess a pistol, but it wasn't illegal for him to possess an AR-15. That alone tells you one of the following is true: 1) Binger is a moron who, as a prosecutor doesn't understand basic gun laws, or 2) Binger likes to lie in court as a performance for the jury, or 3) both.

Today I decided I’m officially done trying to open people up to the truth on this case because not only are they not informed, they don’t want to be and will actively resist the truth even when it’s literally hanging right in front of there face. I lost a really good friend over this case after politely listening to them rambling about all the leftist talking points and then sent them one single video of someone breaking down the raw footage of the night. I didn’t even state what side I was on or anything. Just sent a video and said “watching the actual footage of the shooting really gave me a clear perspective you should check this out” for a response I got “don’t text me with this garbage again I don’t wanna hear it”.

When Kyle held back his tears during the verdict I let a few tears out as well. It was almost like a movie, so many people were out to get this kid, evil prosecutors tampering with the evidence, violating his rights to get him convicted, and in the end, a jury of his peers refused to be intimidated by threats of violence in order to see justice done, and hope was restored. You could almost hear the dramatic music. It was a very beautiful moment, my heart goes out to Kyle for having to endure all this bullshit, but I must say.. I can’t wait for the sequel. I was genuinely relieved that the jury saw the same thing that we were seeing - a young man defending himself from a deadly mob. Not just relieved for him - and he certainly deserves sympathy here - but for all of us. Politics can not be permitted to decide matters of criminal justice. It took them 4 days of deliberations to come to a conclusion that every sane person should come down to after 10 minutes of researching the subject. They were given all the information and evidence on the silver platter. Fuck, I'm from Europe, born and raised and I honestly can't wrap my head around how this case could even make it to the court. The sheer amount of lies in the media with noone being held accountable is mind boggling to say the least - and they're not even admitting that they were obviously wrong...

He's about to blow up big time. From what I've heard, its hard to initially build a following and get to 100k. But from there it goes faster due to name recognition and doing bigger events to get more exposure. He's gone from 100k to 153k pretty fast and will only go faster now. Its not like he has the advantage of being the "nephew" of anyone who owns a trash media company to hand him a platform. He got to where he is now due to putting out good content and putting in the work. And like already stated, the algorithm isn't his friend.

Then I did a search looking for other TYT roasts and stumbled across Sean. And i've been following him since. I enjoy all his content, but have an addiction to his TYT response videos. I like that fact that he's honest and fact driven. And even though he's conservative, he won't manipulate facts to push the conservative agenda to appease his audience. Its refreshing to see morals like that in such polarizing times.

"he crossed state lines" As someone who has actually lived in a town that straddled the Canada/US border and lived on a street that was bisected by the border itself so just walking across the street to have dinner with my neighbor and his family meant actually leaving the country and entering another I can say with 100% certainty that in situations like that there are some allowances made when it comes to rules about gun possession in those situations. If they didn't do that then my other neighbor just walking across the street to show me his new AR-15 would've meant he'd have been arrested because weapons like that are technically illegal here in canada if they aren't registered (they're on the "restricted firearms" list here) but since he was just crossing the street to show it to me and then going back home the cop who saw him crossing the street with it didn't even care.

The mere notion that this case, the most obvious case of self defense in the history of all self defense stories, made to the court should be fucking scary to everyone. Has any of these ladies heard of Da Baby? He's a black man who shot another black man in self defense in a Walmart, and it didn't even go to trial. They keep saying if Kyle was black he would get locked up or shot but they NEVER bring up an example of a black person shooting someone in self defense then getting convicted of murder or shot by the cops.
