I’m Filipino and we Filipinos got our own version of “Ara Ara”. It’s called “Hay naku” or “hay nako” and it is best said when you want to express frustration or exasperation in the likes of “Oh my,” “Oh my gosh,” “Oh dear,” or “Uh oh!”.
