Bro you can use this as primary there is no issue in that, just see the condition of the car, is there any rusting or other issues like legal documentation or any previous challans etc. Also check the condition of the engine by taking it to someone professional and how many years are left for the vehicle to run on roads. By the way in which state are you looking to buy this ??
