Bro.. don’t stop uploading. Don’t shorten the videos. Don’t change the content. I’m not sure how KZfaq analytics works but I’ve noticed the same issues with my videos. Out of a 10 minute video it’ll show 30 seconds to 2 minutes MAYBE viewed. I don’t have near the subscriber numbers you do but I think it still holds true. I love the builds man. Love the detail and the patience you have. Watching it is almost like meditation at times. For what it’s worth, hope you keep the content coming brotha. ✌🏼

Hey Garreth. Your bike rebuild videos are awesome and my favorite actually. Im building my own yamaha R1 in Zimbabwe and your videos are an asset to me. Personally there are times when I cannot watch the video in one sitting and revert to downloading the video to watch at a later time.

Personally I love and prefer watching full blown rebuild videos. The type that completely break everything down and rebuild form the ground up, no jumping around or even speeding up the videos. other than that I love watching your videos, gives me great ideas, and I learn a few things from what you do.

Sorry to hear that a large portion of viewers don't watch the full videos after all of your efforts, I know it must be confusing and frustrating. I think that the full build in 10 minute videos do so well because they appeal to a casual audience that may not have motorbike mechanics knowledge but are happy to sit and watch you rebuild a bike in a short video. Where as the episodes likely appeal to a smaller demographic of people who either have motorbike mechanics knowledge or are interested in learning. Its a shame that the majority of people seem to use KZfaq for entertainment as opposed to education and that your episodes don't receive the plays they deserve. Try explaining what you are doing and why. I know I LOOK for these videos because I want to learn how to do something. Explain about special tools needed, varieties of oils and consumables, and perhaps why you use what you use. This of it as a teaching opportunity. There are plenty of people looking for help, advice, tricks etc. Hope you stick around bru.

I love watching entire episodes, like a tv show. Maybe an idea for more content and views you could do “how to’s” while you’re doing the build as you’re filming and take that footage as additional videos? That way you’re filming it all in one go but you can cut that footage and make a separate upload. 2 birds one stone idea.

I love your videos and your content. I’m going to speak for myself personally, I got to your page because I was thinking about rebuilding a BMW s1000rr and I think that’s what people gravitate towards. They want to see the high end more complicated bikes such as the Panigale, R1M, s1000rr, and RSV4. These bikes can be very costly to rebuild so I completely understand why they are not as popular. I can to your channel for one bike and ended watching all of the episodes. There aren’t a lot of rebuild doc series that are as organized and detailed as yours. I say don’t give up and stay consistent, maybe stick to one market like s1000rr because that market is huge. Keep up the great work and don’t give up! It’s the nature of business, some days you have no sales then one day you can shoot right up to the moon. Please don’t feel defeated! I ran into your page two weeks ago and have watched every single video, anything could happen. I watched most of your videos on my tv so sometimes I’ll forget to go back to like and comment. 😅

Your videos are great in terms of content and editing and I’ve watched several of them from start to end. Unfortunately I believe that you are right when you say that after having watched a few of them, the content seems to be a bit repetitive... and I don’t mean this as a complaint in any way, because I love motorcycle rebuilds. So sorry that you are feeling so frustrated because I’ve enjoyed watching many of your videos. I hope you find the right balance between the work that you do and the reward that you get back.

Unfortunately what you do really well by the way is a niche so it's not easy to burst the bubble but I totally understand the frustration from the work/reward ratio. There's probably folks out there selling methods of how becoming more appealing to the masses maybe that's a way not sure I just hope you find motivation to keep up the good work. Your skill set is amazing so you have a lot you can share with respect to that. Maybe do some 10 minute "how to" videos showing the process of changing fork seals, properly adjusting a chain, installing hand grips, how to remove and install fairings, etc. There are so many beginners out there that want to learn how to do these basic tasks that you make look simple and whiz through on your builds. Who knows maybe a simple video showing the proper way to do an oil and filter change might draw more views than you think. At any rate I wish you the best of luck with your channel.

I love to see your videos of rebuilding wrecked bikes and i watched every video till end because you work is clean and perfect which I didn't seen in other channels and your episodes keeps me in sequence one after another. Keep it up brother I understand you problem and i suggest you to build single cylinder sports bikes which are way more cheaper and the parts are easy available. You can try that if you want.

If I were you I would consider to do a 2 stroke mx bike complete rebuild. I personally also enjoy watching those. It's also doable for the average guy. It's way more affordable than rebuilding a superbike

I love watching your videos you Rebuild these bikes and make them look Awesome There are a lot of people that don't know how to break down those Bikes Why don't you take the bikes you already have And start making videos of breaking them down But not in a time lapse I've noticed educational channels do good That's the main reason I started watching I'm trying to get a better idea on how to do a full break down on these bikes

I think you should make them 5 min long. , and bikes that are upto 10 year old only new ish stuff , or just small bits of sections of builds , then finished , you put a lot of time in to this , you attention to detail is amazing , thank you

You work hard and it shows that you like it in the way you take care of all the details,,, Nobody polishes a nut on a rear axle, please !!!! They clean it up a bit and party !!! Howzit Gareth hope you been doing well. In my opinion the bikes that you have restored before has been done already even cars most have been done before as well. That's why people only watch a few seconds or minutes. Yes when everyone hears south Africa nobody wants to help or sponsor a person because of the country we are in. If I was you instead of taking on big project bikes take on smaller ones that require less work and sell it for a quick flip and repeat the process. That's how I make my extra money by fixing bikes and selling them for a profit. Now my profit is not huge but enough to buy and sell the next bike. Also look at bikes where you can find the parts locally in a day or 2.

Hey bud your video are top class maybe most prefer the repairs so they can learn to do the job themselves as i noticed few that on few vids . Also notice some them bad channels that we talked about via facebook like Benjamin he strips engines yet get good folow maybe that what people want . As there few of people that do same like build from bottom he does do anything goes out buy parts lobs them on and does same cars . Most people are going 2 cars now so dont do it as we know that people go to goonezsquad for cars ect

Dude … I know you need to have a LOT more views to do good on here but really I watched two of your projects' episodes and I watched them full. Me n my wife, we just sat down and went through all the episodes. While I'd want you NOT to stop but then I think you must have a valid reason for reaching your decision (though deep inside I HOPE you change it). I am going to watch each and everyone of your videos from start to end as I did for the two projects I did watch and I hope you wont stop. You could slow down, find yourself a part time job or something and post content in between and let the channel build itself slow n steady. I have 100% faith in the quality of work you do and the effort you put in to amaze us with these machines. It might take time, but I KNOW you deserve all the success in the world. You sound like a genuine and humble fellow and that's something very hard to find these days. I mean the web is full of content makers that are just too fake but do really good cuz unfortunately the world today is a lot more fake than we all think. I like your content and I watch all of your videos but I feel like you are repeating yourself. You are restoring motorcycles that mostly have cosmetic damage or damage to peripheral components, but I haven't seen a detailed engine rebuild which would personally keep more interested. Also, you could expand into engine upgrades. What about suspension setup? What about brake upgrades? What about regular bike maintenance like adjusting valve clearances, head bearing replacement, etc. Personally, I think you are doing great job, and I would like to see new videos expanding to new topics.

I guess I can understand the needs of the many outweighs the wants of the few, today's society is hyper ADHD they want instant gratification, I will support the chnl regardless

I wonder how some content creators who has shared their YT revenue makes 4 - 7k USD per month, which is plenty to live off for a YT channel... Not including any sponsors. With all the bikes you said before that you do not sell after fixing, maybe its time to sell them off to recoup :D
