The last present I gave to my husband before he died at only 45 yrs old was a chance to race Nascar with one of those experience gifts, a lifelong dream of his. Our youngest three boys were only 7, 6 and 6 yrs old and thought it was the coolest thing in the world to watch their dad race. We have a picture of him on the car in our entryway now. ❤❤

I remember watching your videos right when I got home from school daily and I used to be the happiest back then and just recently for about the past 5-6 months I was diagnosed with IBS and I have had to adjust quite a few things in my day to day life that involves me eating, sleeping, feeling nauseous, I do work graveyard shift which automatically means I eat and sleep at different times than normal but it has been a struggle for me and demotivating. But this past week I have been more motivated than ever, I bought my first motorcycle helmet and will be buying more gear soon! And then a motorcycle!!! Watching these past 5 daily videos you have posted is giving me more motivation and assurance that I can get that motorcycle that I have always wanted, I also want to upload videos of me riding and adventuring with friends. When I started watching you 10 years ago you helped break my depression from being forcefully retired do to Spinal Damage. After my second surgery and first fusion I was told I had the spinal damage of a 80 year old man and would never return to work again. Thank you and you wife for sharing and caring about the people around you.

Hi Roman, You do inspire me! I am mobility challenged with a spinal cord injury. I used a wheelchair for about 30 minutes back in 2011. I need it but at 40 yrs old, I did not want it. That day I saw myself in the wheelchair and KNEW I wasn't ready for it. I have been using 2 canes in lieu of a wheelchair. I have been traveling as best I can the past 8 yrs. I have even been to Manchu Pichu Peru. Not an easy accomplishment but well worth the effort. Walking has been really challenging the past two yrs and I am in constant pain. I saw your video of you in the gym. Yesterday I walked 5x more than I typically walk because your message really resonated. I sit way to much. I feel confident in pushing myself just a little bit more everyday. There is always something I can improve, A lot of times that is my attitude. Thanx
