I had a theory because of what Deadpool said that he's the Marvel Jesus. I believe he will save every Marvel characters that are in the brink of dying from all movies in the past like how he save the X Force. Probably Wade will interupt Scott kissing Jean because he will know what going to happen. So many things could happen.

I'd like to just defend X3 a moment. Yea it was no were near the sequel to X2 we wanted, but it had a lot of great acting and moments! Wolvie Killing Jean. *tear jerk* Cyclops raging at voices in his head and finding Jean *almost-epic*. Juggernaut is not perfect but better than CGI. Looked awesome too at the time. The intro with Magneto & Charles, fun and great scene. CGI not perfect but awesome. And let's not forget the battle scene and killing of Charles by Jean in her old house. *Amazing-holds up today-Great Acting/Action*. Great Ideas/Story concept. Great moments. Poorly executed.

If you listen to He Who Remains dialogue he makes it’s clear to Loki he was lying about why he was pruning and that his variants were “already out there” . He was saying he never won the war. I want to preface this comment by stating that I'm neither claiming the following theory will turn out to be correct nor do I have the capability to outline all the plot details that could prove it to be. That being said: I think this trailer could be laced with plenty of misdirection, with the most notable being that the trailer is actually presenting the scenes it shows in chronological order. In fact, I believe it may be doing the exact opposite. I have a suspicion that the scene with Deadpool in the blood spattered car, waiving the viewer to come closer will actually be the beginning of the film, presented "in media res" and explain to the audience how he has arrived there. I also believe the scene outside his apartment door with the pegging will actually occur towards the final moments of the film. I think the general storyline will revolve around Paradox recruiting him (somewhat successfully) to take on the presented mission which will make him a hero amongst heroes. I suspect said mission will be one where he can "fix" the marvel universe and he will be revered for doing so. BUT he will only later discover that it won't be for the audience he would want. His peculiar ability to see beyond and break the fourth wall will eventually realize something isn't kosher and that he is really being "played" into destroying the marvel multiverse (essentially like being brainwashed in the comic). I have a feeling that the shadow we see of wolverine is really that of a variant. A careful eye will observe that the shadowy figure is NOT walking up to him immediately after the previous shots of Deadpool being thrown into that partially buried 3D 20th Century Fox logo! In fact, I believe after he hits it, the camera will cut to him looking up to see the Columbia Pictures Logo Lady with the torch peeking out of the landscape just like the statue of liberty at the end of planet of the apes. I won't doubt if he then utters or makes reference to that famous line, “My God. I’m back. I’m home. All the time… we finally, really did it. YOU MANIACS! YOU BLEW IT UP! DAMN YOU! GOD DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!” At this point, I believe he will then go to find (and attempt to revive) the best person to help him accomplish that - Logan which is where that overturned vehicle we in the background comes in (the same one we also saw in Logan). At this point, there can be a few potential possibilities, but this my guess at this time: Deadpool revives Logan and they slaughter the imminent threat, have some nostalgia moments, but ultimately DP feels like any further participation would ultimately curse or potentially screw up the thing he wanted to save and he humorously tells Logan that wolverine is the REAL marvel Jesus (since he has been resurrected after taking the ultimate sacrifice). Then DP goes back to working at the DriveMax and attempts to have a normal life. We see him stare at his suit, yearning for a piece of the action, but actually exercising restraint and putting his wants aside for what he knows is the greater good.... Then there is the knock at his door (now marked with the number 17 instead of 69). We get one hell of a fourth wall breaking zinger with the whole pegging being new to Disney. Just as those agents go to grab him, he is pulled through a portal where his number 17 was and we can't really see who grabbed him. We only see those agents then walk forward (one stepping on his wig), BUT it's kinda unclear if they are actually walking into the portal or just through his regular door frame (and essentially just into his apartment). My guess is that "someone" rescued him from the agents and has officially pulled him into the MCU because he has now clearly demonstrated that he is capable of putting the greater good over his personal desires to seek justice, right wrongs (in the not so right way) and let emotions and impulses drive his actions. I almost think the Disney/pegging comment might be his final 4th wall breaking moment if he appears in the AVENGERS movie that I believe this film will be setting up. One hell of a liner to hang up the towel after though!! My theory obviously is not trying to explain the entire plot. I specifically did not get into the true or likely antagonists.

Fan theories are cool, but you are ruining your experience of future movies when not all your crazy fan theories become a reality. There are just followed by disappointment. If this would have been this mainstream in the 70,90 and 90, many classics would be rates as "meh" because there wasn't enough Predator in Predator, the fights in SW ep 5 and 6 were to short and too small scale and so on. Expectations kill your fun or make you have your fun while crafting your theories and have none when a good, but not perfect-theory-based movie comes out.
